Qianchuan Company Holds Mobilization and Deployment Meeting for "Five Small" Behavior Special Rectification
Recently, Qianchuan Company organized a mobilization and deployment meeting for the special rectification of "Five Small" behaviors. Wang Ning, Party Branch Secretary and Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting and delivered a mobilization speech. Members of the leadership team, middle-level managers, and representatives of party member employees of Qianchuan Company attended the meeting.

The meeting conveyed the spirit of the symposium on the special governance of "Five Small" behaviors among employees of state-owned enterprises in Chengdu, as well as the work requirements from the discipline inspection commissions at the municipal and district levels regarding the special governance of "Five Small" behaviors. It organized the study of the typical behavior list of "Five Small" behaviors among state-owned enterprise employees. Wang Ning, combining typical cases, focused on the "Five Small" behaviors of state-owned enterprise employees and arranged and deployed the company's special governance work.
The meeting pointed out that the special governance work on "Five Small" behaviors should take the "Wuliangchun" series cases, a series of serious disciplinary and legal violation cases that have occurred in the state-owned assets and enterprises system in our city in recent years—especially the serious disciplinary and legal violation cases of Zhao Jian and Zeng Xiaoming in the group system—as a mirror. Using "Five Small" behaviors (accepting small red envelopes, doing small business, helping small partners, dining with small bosses, playing small-scale mahjong) as entry points, a batch of typical "Five Small" behavior problems must be resolutely investigated and dealt with.
The meeting emphasized that the company's broad cadres and employees must clearly recognize the essential harm behind the "Five Small" behaviors, form a set of normalized and long-term institutional mechanisms to eradicate the root causes, cure the disease, manage the disorder, and cultivate new roots, and improve and perfect a three-dimensional supervision system for state-owned enterprise employees, creating a clean and upright environment for entrepreneurship and innovation to promote the company's high-quality and leapfrog development.
The meeting required a deep understanding of the stubbornness, complexity, and recurrence of the "Five Small" issues, and urged that thoughts and actions must be quickly unified with the relevant deployment requirements of the Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission and the Municipal Party Committee's State-owned Assets and Enterprises Working Committee. Implementation must be carried out thoroughly and effectively to promote the special governance of "Five Small" behaviors in the company to achieve tangible results.
