1. Selection Conditions
Hubei Qianchuan Doors and Windows Co., Ltd., as the selector, intends to determine the information construction service provider through public selection according to the needs of enterprise development. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
2. Scope of Selection and Project Overview
2.1 Construction period: 6 months; warranty service period: 12 months after system acceptance and operation.
2.2 Service location: Location designated by the selector (Hubei/Sichuan).
2.3 Selection content: Phase I of the information construction procurement project of Hubei Qianchuan Doors and Windows Co., Ltd. (technical requirements see Chapter 3 of the selection documents).
3. Qualifications Requirements for Applicants
3.1 General requirements: Must have independent legal person status and a valid business license.
3.2 Credit requirements: Applicants must have no record of misconduct from January 1, 2021, to present, must not be under property takeover, freezing, or bankruptcy, and must not be under administrative penalty period within the local administrative region (provide a letter of commitment).
3.3 Performance requirements: Since January 1, 2021, must have at least one information construction project service contract with a value of over 450,000 RMB.
3.4 Good credit: Neither the applicant nor its legal representative (person in charge) shall be listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the people's court (provide a screenshot printout of the nationwide query result from http://zxgk.court.gov.cn/shixin/).
3.5 The relevant materials provided in the application documents must be true, legal, and valid, without any falsification (provide a letter of commitment).
3.6 Consortium applications are not accepted for this selection.
4. Acquisition of Selection Documents
1. Interested parties please obtain the procurement documents from December 2, 2024, to December 4, 2024 (9:00-12:00; 14:00-17:00 Beijing time, excluding statutory holidays) according to the following requirements:
(1) On-site registration: Interested units should register and obtain the selection documents at Hubei Qianchuan Doors and Windows Co., Ltd. (New Industrial Park, Hong'an Economic Development Zone) during the specified time with the following proof materials:
At registration, must bring: ① Letter of introduction of the handler or authorization letter from the person in charge (must specify the project name for registration); ② Handler's ID card; ③ Applicant's business license; originals for verification and copies stamped with the applicant's official seal.
(2) Online registration: Interested units should send the following registration materials by email to 245694082@qq.com during the specified time: ① Letter of introduction of the handler or authorization letter from the person in charge (must specify the project name for registration); ② Handler's ID card; ③ Applicant's business license and applicant registration form. Copies or scans of the above materials must be stamped with the bidder's official seal. After online registration, please call the company to confirm registration information. After approval, procurement documents will be sent by email (formats of introduction letter and registration form are self-prepared).
Note: ① The letter of introduction must include the unit name, handler's name, contact information, email, and ID number; ② All above documents and proofs (in PDF format, clearly visible) must be stamped with the unit's official seal; ③ Email subject should be applicant's unit name + project name + purchase of procurement documents; ④ Submitting all required materials within the specified time as required is considered successful in obtaining the procurement documents. (If the applicant misses the time due to failure to submit materials as required, consequences are borne by themselves).
5. Submission of Application Documents
The deadline for submission of selection application documents (selection deadline) is 14:00 on December 9, 2024, at the conference room of Hubei Qianchuan Doors and Windows Co., Ltd.
