Hubei Qianchuan Doors and Windows Co., Ltd., as the selector, intends to determine the hazardous waste disposal service unit for 2025-2026 through public selection based on production safety needs. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

2.3 Project Overview:

Hubei Qianchuan Doors and Windows Co., Ltd. generates related hazardous wastes during product manufacturing, mainly including waste paint sludge, waste oil, paint buckets, waste lamp tubes, contaminated wastes, and other solid wastes containing or contaminated with toxic substances. The estimated annual quantity of the above hazardous wastes is about 250 tons, to ensure normal production, the company intends to outsource the related work to three professional hazardous waste disposal units.

3. Qualification Requirements for Selection Applicants

3.1 General Requirements: Possess valid business license and hazardous waste operation permit.

3.2 Credit Requirements: The applicant must have no record of misconduct from January 1, 2021, to present, must not be under property takeover, freezing, or bankruptcy, and must not be under administrative penalty period in the local administrative region (provide a letter of commitment).

3.3 Performance Requirements: Since 2021, have at least one hazardous waste disposal service contract with a contract amount not less than 200,000 yuan.

3.4 Other Requirements: The disposal unit's qualifications must include disposal codes at least for: HW49: contaminated waste, waste paint buckets, waste absorbent cotton 900-041-49, waste activated carbon 900-039-49; HW29: waste lamp tubes 900-023-29; HW12: waste paint sludge, UV paint sludge 900-252-12; HW13: waste rubber slag 900-014-13; waste engine oil HW08: 900-249-08.

3.4.1 Good credit, the applicant and its legal representative (person in charge) must not be listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the people's court (provide a screenshot printout of the nationwide query result from http://zxgk.court.gov.cn/shixin/).

3.4.2 The relevant materials provided in the application documents must be true, legal, and valid, without fraud (provide a letter of commitment).

3.5 This selection does not accept joint application by consortium.

4. Acquisition of Selection Documents

4.1 Units that meet the announcement requirements and are willing to participate should register and obtain the selection documents at Hubei Qianchuan Doors and Windows Co., Ltd. (New Industrial Park, Hong'an County Economic Development Zone) from December 2, 2024, to December 4, 2024 (excluding statutory holidays and legal holidays), every morning from 10:00 to 12:00 and afternoon from 14:00 to 16:00 (Beijing time), with the following proof materials:

At registration, must bring: ① Letter of introduction of the handler or authorization letter from the person in charge (must specify the project name for registration);

② Handler's ID card; ③ Applicant's business license and hazardous waste operation permit; originals for verification and copies stamped with the applicant's official seal.

4.2 The selector does not provide mail-order service for selection documents.

5. Submission of Application Documents

The deadline for submission of application documents (selection deadline) is 10:00 on December 9, 2024, at the meeting room of Hubei Qianchuan Doors and Windows Co., Ltd.
