Chairman's Speech on the Lantern Festival

　　Dear brothers and sisters of Qianchuan:

　　Happy New Year to everyone!

　　First of all, on behalf of all the employees of Qianchuan Company, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and congratulations to the outstanding employees and excellent teams honored today; at the same time, on behalf of my family, I extend New Year greetings to the brothers and sisters of Qianchuan, and send festive regards and blessings to your parents, wives, and children!

　　2010 was a year of bold progress for us. In 2010, our basic management level improved significantly; through internal promotions and external recruitment, we built a young, pragmatic, energetic, and combat-effective management team; we became strategic partners with many enterprises such as Bomei Decoration City, Easyhome, and Evergrande Real Estate; we obtained the National Kangju Certification, becoming a key promotion unit of famous Chinese brands and a national standard-setting unit for wooden doors and windows; our sales achieved rapid growth. These achievements are the result of the united efforts, solidarity, and hard work of all employees. Today, the "Outstanding Employees" and "Excellent Teams" recognized by the company are representatives of the outstanding work in 2010, embodying a high sense of responsibility, efficient execution, and excellent qualities of hard work and courage in the face of difficulties. This is a great honor. It is precisely because of their example that the Qianchuan spirit has been deepened and integrated into the hearts of every Qianchuan person. Here, I call on all employees to learn from their advanced deeds and contribute to the rapid development of Qianchuan Company in 2011.

　　"The formidable pass is truly like iron, but now we take a new step forward." No matter how proud the achievements are, they belong to the past. A more brilliant tomorrow for Qianchuan Company still needs us to explore. 2011 will be a year full of opportunities and challenges for Qianchuan Company. 2011 is the first year of the three-year strategy. The company will continue to adhere to the business policy of "expanding scale, strengthening comprehensive strength, refining management, and stabilizing development"; continue to implement the development strategy of "one breakthrough (marketing), two wings (Qianchuan Classic and Qianchuan Waka) flying together, three points advancing simultaneously (Sichuan secondary market, Xi'an, Chongqing market network), and overall promotion (integration of home wooden products)"; emphasize the execution and implementation of the strategy, focusing on brand upgrading and promotion, gold medal service, management optimization and upgrading, cultural guidance, quality improvement, cost control, and other aspects. We will continue to adhere to the development concept that quality is the foundation of enterprise survival, pursue scale as the ultimate goal, and ensure the successful completion of all targets and tasks in 2011.

　　We will continue to firmly implement advanced and scientific management methods and follow the path of standardized enterprise management; continue to promote, recruit, and reserve outstanding management talents; based on signing 50,000 sets of engineering doors this year, we will continue to cooperate with top national real estate companies such as Evergrande and Vanke...
