　　1. Question: Miss He, hello! As a member of Qianchuan Wooden Door, what is your opinion of the Qianchuan brand? What motivated you to choose the Qianchuan Wooden Door brand initially?

　　Answer: In 2003, when I was still running a decoration company, during communication with customers, I found that most of them preferred environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing finished doors. At that time, the wooden door industry had basically entered the industrial era. From a long-term perspective, with the improvement of people's living standards, choosing finished doors would inevitably become a trend. Because on-site door making often results in poor paint quality and rough workmanship, which cannot meet customers' aesthetic needs. Also, formaldehyde and benzene in the paint can easily release indoors, affecting health. So at that time, I decided to specialize in finished doors. Later, after inspecting all finished door brands at Fusen and Nanmen Bomei, I found that Qianchuan Wooden Door had excellent product quality and very innovative styles. So I chose them!

　　2. Question: What is the current basic situation of the Shuangliu store?

　　Answer: Our store has five employees. I am in charge of sales, another manager handles coordination with the factory's supply. The store is about 230 square meters, making it the largest wooden door store in Shuangliu compared to other brands!

　　3. Question: What are the obvious advantages of Qianchuan Wooden Door Shuangliu store compared to other local stores? Answer: First, our brand influence is the greatest. I have been operating Qianchuan Wooden Door in Shuangliu for 8 years. Over these 8 years, the quality and service of Qianchuan Wooden Door have been well recognized in Shuangliu, and we now have a large customer base. Secondly, our store is the largest in size, and the staff have worked together for seven to eight years. The team is very united, and every employee has very professional product knowledge.

　　4. Question: What problems did you encounter when establishing the store in Shuangliu 8 years ago, and how did you overcome them?

　　Answer: In 2003, the wooden door industry was still in its early development stage, and market acceptance was not high. Our staff lacked professional knowledge and sales skills, so business was not good. Later, the company arranged for dedicated personnel to provide us with systematic training and professional guidance on operations, helping us overcome the sales difficulties.

　　5. Question: Having established the store in Shuangliu for eight years, could you share your experiences and insights over these years?

　　Answer: When the store was established in 2003, the market was not mature enough, and many customers were unwilling to accept finished doors. Later, the advantages of finished doors became increasingly obvious, and under the education of the larger market, customers gradually accepted the concept of buying finished doors. During these eight years, we have always focused on our service. Our slogan is "Provide customers with a solution within 24 hours," and now we can achieve "immediate order and immediate measurement," always following up with customers. In the sales process, to clearly show customers the advantages of Qianchuan Wooden Door, we once compared a door bought from another manufacturer. When customers touched it, they could clearly feel the advantages of our brand because the paint on our wooden doors is as smooth and even as a baby's face, while other manufacturers' paint is rough. The quality of Qianchuan Wooden Door is very trustworthy, and we have always believed our brand is the best!

　　6. Question: It is early 2011 now. What are your plans for this year?

　　Answer: We plan to exceed the company's set targets and strive to achieve 5 million in performance. Our store has also implemented performance assessments for employees.
