The company held a training course on "How to Ensure Unified Voice and Strict Compliance"

"What to do if 'talented' employees are disobedient?" "Can't the company enforce rules strictly?" With many questions in mind, on April 6, the company held a training session titled "How to Enforce Rules Strictly and Unify Voices," aiming to improve employees' execution ability through training. Company leaders, department heads, and some employees participated in this training.
The company invited Teacher Wu Bibo from Chengdu Beilei School, whose lively teaching style was refreshing to everyone. Through the training, everyone realized that the fundamental reason why employees do not comply is that they do not agree; the basis of strict enforcement is: some people can do it — more people can do it — ultimately allowing the company to develop; solving this problem means reaching a consensus for common growth between employees and the company.
For a long time, the company has faced three major barriers in talent development: many obstacles — difficulty, long time — duration, high cost — expense. It is often hard for employees to align with the company's goals and persist as learning-oriented employees. The basic path of talent development is: people — talents — training — forming a system — transformation. All training will ultimately bring benefits to the company, achieving a win-win for both the company and employees.
It is certainly difficult for a short training to produce immediate effects. Through this training, everyone felt the company's starting point in cultivating talent, no longer being passive employees who "feel excited when listening, touched when thinking, but inactive after class."
