Two Qianchuan distributors ranked among the top 100 door industry distributors in China in 2011

In April, the "Classic Work" supporting event of the 2010 China (Beijing) Door Industry Expo—the 2nd National Door Industry Dealers Conference—opened in Beijing. The conference gathered over 2,000 participants including industry organization leaders, door industry executives, dealers, and professionals from across the country.
To recognize outstanding dealers of 2010, at the meeting, Asia-Pacific Media's "Residence? China Doors and Windows" announced the "Top 100 Door Industry Dealers of 2010," with Qianchuan Wooden Doors' Xi'an and Taizhou stores making the list.
Among the awardees, the Xi'an store began distributing solid wood doors in 2007, making it a longtime partner of Qianchuan. After four years of hard work and perseverance, they adhered to the "Three No's" after-sales service principle: no perfunctory work, no stinginess, no fear of trouble; and the "Three Goods" business approach: a good store, a good sales team, and good product positioning. "Not shying away from mistakes, finding solutions to problems, willing to take losses, and willing to empathize—only by doing this can we build the 'self' brand well, selling ourselves first before selling products." They have steadily and solidly secured a commanding position in the Xi'an market.
The Taizhou store, praised as a land of auspiciousness and prosperity. "In a team like a flock of wild geese, we are individuals like eagles," is a common understanding among employees. Their winning formula is "valuing the team, details, and brand building," combined with courage and professionalism. They took the lead in upgrading store decoration and standardizing employee management. When customers doubted product quality, they dared to be the first to "cut the door," and their hard work resulted in outstanding daily sales exceeding one million.
Without the right skills, one should not take on delicate tasks. Yu Guoqiang and Shen Lihong represent not only brilliant individuals but also the professional and enterprising Qianchuan dealer team and the self-reliant Qianchuan people. Despite the challenges ahead, in the post-financial crisis period, their focused diligence will surely make them leaders in developing third- and fourth-tier markets for Qianchuan, and practitioners of the pursuit of excellence.
