Luo Zhengren, Chairman of Qianchuan Wooden Doors, becomes a drafter of the "National Standard for Wooden Doors and Windows"
On September 6, 2011, the national standard drafting meeting for "Wooden Doors and Windows" was held, marking the beginning of a new phase for wooden doors and windows. It will become China's first national standard for the wooden door industry. As one of the drafting units of this standard, Luo Zhengren, chairman of Qianchuan Wooden Doors, became a main drafter of the national standard.

For many years, due to inconsistent door opening sizes in commodity housing in China, wooden doors have remained personalized and customized. The lack of national standards has restricted the industrial development of wooden doors. Many wooden door companies lack quality standards and regulatory systems, relying solely on workers' experience for evaluation. The quality of wooden doors varies greatly, making it difficult for companies to grow stronger and larger. Responding to the calls from the wooden door industry and enterprises, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development initiated the formulation of the "National Standard for Wooden Doors and Windows." The introduction of this national standard will promote standardization in production, installation, and consumption of wooden doors.
Luo Zhengren, expert of the Expert Department of the China Wooden Door Association, Executive Vice President of the China Wooden Door Association, newly elected drafter of the national standard "Wooden Doors and Windows," and chairman of Qianchuan Wooden Doors, mentioned at the meeting that the national standard for "Wooden Doors and Windows" is both productivity and competitiveness for industry development. Why is it called standard productivity? Because when the industry has a good scientific standard, it can regulate the development of the industry and continuously improve this standard; perfecting this standard can continuously enhance the quality of industry products. With this standard, consumers can purchase our brands with greater confidence. Having standards also facilitates regulatory departments in supervising and regulating the industry. Therefore, standards are an important support for industries and enterprises to improve their core competitiveness.
