Speech by Luo Baitao, General Manager of Qianchuan Wooden Doors, at the China Resources Annual Meeting
Distinguished leaders, industry elites, ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon!
I am honored that China Resources Land Chengdu Company invited me to attend today's meeting. It is a personal honor for me and for Chengdu Qianchuan Wooden Doors to speak here.
Pursuing excellent development and building China Resources into a world-class enterprise with international competitiveness, realizing a pursuit beyond profit is China Resources' vision. This mission conveys China Resources' value orientation of promoting corporate development through advancing social civilization and progress.
On May 12, 2011, the moment we received the bid-winning notice from Beijing Yougaoya Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. marked the integration of Chengdu Qianchuan Wood Industry Co., Ltd. and Qianchuan Wooden Doors into China Resources' noble ideals and extraordinary pursuits. We deeply cherish, are proud of, and take pride in this.
After more than seventy years of hardship, the struggle of several generations of dedicated people, steady operation, scientific management, active progress, and adapting to changes, China Resources has grown from an obscure small business into one of the most powerful diversified enterprises in Hong Kong and mainland China today. It is truly a successful model, a learning example, a Sichuan famous brand, one of the top 30 wooden door brands, a well-known Chinese brand, one of the top ten famous wooden door brands in China, the most influential brand in the Chinese wooden door industry, a company authorized to use the China Green Material Mark, an excellent supplier of national affordable housing, a top ten platinum award winner in China's door industry, an advanced enterprise in Chengdu's building decoration industry, and one of the most beloved brands by Chinese consumers. The successful cooperation between Qianchuan Wooden Doors and China Resources' refined housing is the best practice of Qianchuan's pursuit of "Qianchuan Wooden Doors, doors to every home." It fully recognizes and affirms Qianchuan's adherence to "making doors as a livelihood, taking pride in making doors, and enjoying making doors." We will fully perform our duties in cooperation, humbly listen to opinions, learn from and absorb the essence and cultural spirit of China Resources in cooperation, manufacture the highest quality wooden doors in China for consumers, and contribute to the development and prosperity of Chinese wooden door culture.
On this occasion, I would like to especially thank all comrades and friends who have devoted their efforts and sweat to the cooperation projects of interior doors for the fifth phase of China Resources Land Chengdu Emerald City and the second phase of Twenty-four City.
