On December 14th, Ye Xingguang, author of the first Qiang ethnic film and television drama "Erma Soul", renowned writer, and director of the Dujiangyan Branch of the Qiang Studies Research Institute of the Western Promotion Association, visited the company for inspection and research. Department heads including Zhou Xingqi from the Culture Department and Deng Yanmei from the Administration Department accompanied the visit.
Ye Xingguang and his party conducted an in-depth inspection of the office area, workshop, employee dormitories, and other locations, thoroughly examining our company's production status, employee living conditions, and corporate culture.
After the visit, a symposium was held in the company meeting room with participants from the Culture Department, Marketing Department, and Chengdu TV Station. At the symposium, Manager Zhou Xingqi of the Culture Department first welcomed Ye Xingguang on behalf of Qianchuan Wooden Doors and expressed gratitude to him for taking time out of his busy schedule to visit Qianchuan. Ye expressed that Qianchuan is one of China's top 30 wooden door enterprises and a model in the wooden door industry. Through the inspection, it was found that Qianchuan has a solid foundation and rapid development, with all undertakings progressing simultaneously. The Qianchuan spirit, based on culture, has also entered a fast development track. Especially the spirit and demeanor of Qianchuan people and the corporate spirit permeate every aspect of the company. This will play an important role in leading the development direction of China's door industry and guiding the growth of private enterprises.
He suggested that in the future, the company should invite more well-known domestic and international writers to Qianchuan for research and creation of literary works featuring Chinese corporate culture characteristics, vigorously promote Qianchuan, and carry forward the spirit of Chinese private enterprises' perseverance and courage in facing difficulties, making Qianchuan, a shining pearl in China's wooden door industry, even more prominent and brilliant.
