At the event, General Manager Luo Baitao delivered a speech. On behalf of all Qianchuan Wood leaders and employees, he sincerely welcomed distributor friends from across the country back home. Luo said that Qianchuan Wood's ability to win multiple industry honors such as the Top Ten Platinum Awards in China's Door Industry, the National Market Dual Commitment Activity Unit, and becoming the first director unit of the China Wood Door Green Environmental Protection Alliance, despite fierce market competition, is inseparable from the support and trust of distributors. It is everyone's efforts and achievements that have made Qianchuan's fifteen years of development so fulfilling and steady, providing strong motivation for continued progress.

In the following meeting, General Manager Luo summarized Qianchuan Wood's work in 2011 and analyzed the market response strategies for 2012. He provided an in-depth and thorough analysis of the current development trends and prospects of the wood door industry, pointing out the development direction for distributors in 2012:
Recognize the rigid market demand and correctly guide steady development
General Manager Luo stated that although the overall market sales show a downward trend this year due to the economic environment and real estate policies, the rigid demand of the public for residential space still exists. Renovation after buying a house remains an irreplaceable step. Therefore, during the market downturn, understanding homeowners' consumption psychology and needs, and using the correct business service model to provide customers with proper brand and product guidance, is the direction Qianchuan is currently striving to improve.

Low concentration in the wood door industry; specialized large enterprises become leaders
Currently, Qianchuan has six major regional branches across the country: East China, Central China, Southwest, Northwest, Sichuan, and Chengdu. Its business network has expanded to most first- and second-tier cities nationwide, placing it among the industry leaders in comprehensive strength among wood door enterprises.
However, General Manager Luo Baitao, who deeply understands industry development trends, said that the five major regions of wood doors nationwide, including the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, Northeast China, Bohai Rim, and Southwest China, are still in the stage of industry standardization. Many enterprises still operate as wood door workshops. Due to product regionalization and the comprehensive strength of enterprises, large-scale, mechanized, factory-based door enterprises like Qianchuan increasingly show the potential and quality to lead the industry, playing a stronger role in fierce competition.
Single store sales capability needs improvement; standardization requires every step of the enterprise
"Is the market share promotion proactive? Is customer service adequate? Is the store's terminal image appropriate?" This series of questions was emphasized by General Manager Luo when stressing the brand's standardized operation model to distributors. Luo pointed out that most wood door distributors still operate in the traditional "family-run" store model and have not truly implemented the professional wood door brand distributor's brand promotion concept. Whether in customer service, terminal store image building, or brand promotion, they have not been truly valued, resulting in the brand's profit value not being maximized. Luo said that upcoming distributor training will focus on brand standardization, implementing unified standardized processes from sales, service to brand promotion planning. While most wood door brands still cling to traditional marketing methods, Qianchuan will take the lead by applying efficient promotion methods such as online marketing, staying ahead of the industry.

Factory capacity reaches a new level, helping accelerate improvement of engineering channels
General Manager Luo introduced that in 2012, Qianchuan's capacity in Chengdu will double. The new base in Hubei, officially put into production in April this year, will bring a capacity of 500 million. Strong partnerships with powerful real estate developers such as Evergrande and Vanke will safeguard Qianchuan's position as the undisputed king of wood door brands in real estate projects. Leapfrog development sets industry benchmarks.
When introducing Qianchuan's overall work plan and medium- to long-term strategic goals for 2012, General Manager Luo proposed "grasping the market externally, managing internally, leading the team well, and sustaining development," with an overall development plan themed on "innovation" and "service." With sales as the sole core goal, focusing on both home decoration and engineering projects, and relying on a triangular guarantee strategy of production, human resources, and finance, Qianchuan aims to transform into a "wood product home integration" production and operation model starting in 2012, and within three years, build Qianchuan into China's number one wood door brand.
