Qianchuan Wooden Doors 2012 National Branch Meeting Held to Implement Standardized Multi-Region Concurrent Progress

On the evening of January 9, 2012, the 2012 National Branch Summary Meeting of Qianchuan Wood Industry was held at the Xingfu Meilin Scenic Area in Chengdu.
Dealer representatives from Qianchuan Wood Industry's East China, Central China, Northwest, Southwest, Sichuan, and Chengdu regions held group meetings according to their respective areas. They exchanged and discussed the experiences gained and challenges encountered in their 2011 operations. Branch managers and outstanding dealer representatives from each region spoke actively, creating a lively and enthusiastic meeting atmosphere.
Sun Tieyin, head of the Southwest branch, proposed four key work focuses for 2012 based on the company's overall standardization strategy: brand promotion to assist channel upgrades, increasing channel information collection to support engineering projects, vigorously promoting the terminal store image upgrade and increasing single-store sales with the launch of the new titanium alloy door product, and implementing the headquarters' standardization tasks with practical actions. Mr. Yuan, an outstanding dealer from Chongqing, strongly advocated for Qianchuan Wood Doors to enter the Chongqing Easyhome market, bringing a powerful brand effect to Qianchuan's development in Chongqing and greatly benefiting the attending dealer colleagues.
At the Northwest branch's summary meeting, which focused on identifying and solving problems, branch head Jing Fei sincerely shared and discussed customer network complaints about Qianchuan store image issues. This enhanced the determination and confidence of Northwest dealers to change their brand image stores. Jing Fei stated that in 2012, they will seize the great opportunity of sales release and successfully carry out channel and engineering campaigns.
Liao Jun, head of the Sichuan branch, described the next year's goals for the Sichuan region with three words: "fast," "accurate," and "resolute." They aim to quickly and efficiently achieve sales targets for engineering and channels, establish brand image under strong technical support and promotion from headquarters; accurately grasp dealer conditions, fulfill promises to dealers, and provide full confidence to agents; and resolutely implement the standardized response mechanism to further enhance the glory of the Sichuan branch.
Duan Kairong, head of the Chengdu branch and a model for all branches, stated that in 2012 they will continue the legendary history of the Chengdu branch, seize market opportunities, accurately position consumer mindsets, and better implement the new marketing model promoted by headquarters in the Chengdu branch's own way, aiming to take the Chengdu branch to a higher level in 2012.
As the region hosting the highly anticipated new production base in Hubei in 2012, Li Xuanxin, head of the Central China branch, said he will lead all dealers in Central China to maximize the value of strong production momentum, rely on the Hubei factory to conduct comprehensive marketing in the Central China market, and strive to replicate the success of the Chengdu market in Central China.
Xiong Wenhui, head of the East China branch, expressed that he and the East China dealers cherish their relationship with Qianchuan very much and have always operated the Qianchuan brand with a grateful attitude. In 2012, they will fight the East China market with even greater enthusiasm and vitality, expanding Qianchuan's brand into a broader market.
The meeting concluded amid enthusiastic exchanges and discussions among the branches. It is believed that Qianchuan Wood Doors' 2012 national campaign will write another legend in China's wooden door industry.
