Qianchuan Wooden Doors Enhance Chengdu's Popular Real Estate Project Qingxiu Weizhan Mountain: Well-Decorated Units Attract Thousands of Fans with Great Taste (Part 2)

Under the continuous tightening of Chengdu's real estate market regulations, although the new housing market has shown signs of stabilization, some developments still maintain very high popularity. Thanks to excellent location and supporting facilities, they have become "internet celebrities," such as China Railway Construction's premium project "Qingxiu Weizheshan" in the eastern part of the city. It is reported that "Qingxiu Weizheshan" has a total of 1,056 units, and at its peak, attracted 74,000 applicants for the lottery, with a winning rate of only 1.4%.
Besides advantages in location and facilities, how is the quality of "Qingxiu Weizheshan" itself? Recently, the project opened a decorated model home for viewing, among which the 160-square-meter unit seems to be the most popular, attracting a steady stream of visitors.
Opening the entrance door, there is first a foyer about two meters long, with shoe cabinets and storage cabinets on the left. Stepping out of the foyer leads to the living room. It can be seen that the decoration of "Qingxiu Weizheshan" still adopts the very popular modernist style, combining aesthetics and practicality.

Whether in color matching, material selection, or spatial layout, "Qingxiu Weizheshan" presents an atmosphere of grandeur and high quality. The white ceiling, walls, sofa, and chairs give an elegant feeling, while the feature wall, curtains, and light-colored carpet deepen this impression.

Bright lighting shines on the dark cabinets and white curtains, highlighting the unique textures of wood and fabric; the coffee table and dining table made of metal and glass reflect exquisite ornaments, illustrations, and tableware, together creating a harmonious family home atmosphere.
The already spacious living room is suitable even for a family of six. Drawing back the curtains reveals a rectangular balcony outside, further expanding the space. At that time, a visiting aunt told her daughter that the spatial layout was quite good and satisfying.
To the right of the balcony is a secondary bedroom of about 20 square meters, which includes an independent bathroom. The style is consistent with the modern theme of the entire residence but emphasizes simplicity more prominently.

Exiting the foyer, on the left side of the living room is a study. The dark floor combined with the black desk and bookshelf creates a grand and steady reading and working atmosphere, while the white walls and chair soften the color scheme to avoid monotony.

Leaving the study and walking further along the living room, the first room on the left is the daughter's room. The decorative paintings, desk lamp, curtains, and bedding all cater to a young girl's imagination of having her own room. This room full of pink is sure to be loved by every girl.

Walking down the corridor at the far end of the living room, on the right is the master bedroom, second in size only to the living room. The combination of gold, white, and green colors looks grand and upscale. The exterior wall, designed similarly to the study, features a bay window, giving an overall comfortable, peaceful, and warm feeling.

There is a corridor leading to the master bathroom. The right wall of the corridor is designed as a wardrobe for storing bags, clothes, shoes, and more. At the end of the corridor on the left is the bathroom.

"Qingxiu Weizheshan" selects materials from major brands such as Oppein, Siemens, Gree, Oulanyashi, and of course, our own Qianchuan wooden doors. The careful selection of materials may also be a factor in its popularity.
The above are real shots of the 160-square-meter decorated unit of "Qingxiu Weizheshan." Oh, and there is also a kitchen, located next to the study, just to the left after passing through the foyer. There is a small balcony outside the kitchen, which is not shown here. Interested friends are welcome to visit for a tour.
