Qianchuan Model Journey | Dreamy Tibet, a pure land on earth, serene and beautiful Nyingchi!
Nyingchi is located on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, known as the "Roof of the World" — Tibet. There is a beautiful place called Nyingchi, which means "Sun Throne" in Tibetan. It refers to the place where the sun rises, situated in southeastern Tibet, east of Lhasa. Some call it the Switzerland of Tibet, while others refer to it as the "Jiangnan of Tibet."
On the morning of the 16th, facing the morning light, everyone set off together for Nyingchi. Upon reaching Mila Mountain at 5,020 meters, the sky was spotless blue, snow gleamed white, ancient mountains stood tall, prayer flags fluttered devoutly, and the deep blue sky seemed like God had spilled a palette of colors, creating an intense visual impact. It felt like a fairyland, yet it was situated on earth. The magnificent scenery refreshed everyone's spirits.
After lunch, we followed the scenic Niyang River, immersing ourselves in the plateau's beauty, and arrived at the natural oxygen bar — Kading Valley.
Kading Valley, also known as Gading Valley, features steep mountains soaring into the clouds; strange peaks and unique rocks; ancient towering trees; and a nearly 200-meter-high waterfall cascading down majestically.
Within the waterfall, a naturally formed large Buddha with a kind face appears intermittently. The Heavenly Buddha Waterfall is named after this. Upon entering Kading Valley, this cluster of "big stones" immediately caught everyone's attention. The guide told everyone to walk around it once to receive blessings while chanting scriptures.
When the water is light, it flows down like a silver chain; when heavy, it is magnificent and breathtaking. On the rock walls, natural Buddha images and guardians appear. The valley is covered with primeval forest and is intertwined with beautiful legends deeply connected to Tibetan Buddhism. With the guide's detailed explanation, everyone looked up towards the mysterious waterfall.
Nyingchi, with countless snow mountains and rivers, today we received endless rewards from nature. We saw ourselves, understood ourselves, and found ourselves. We let go of all vain attachments and spoke the best words from our hearts to the blue sky and white clouds.
