Qianchuan Wooden Doors Holds Training Session on Standardized Precision Cutting Dimensions for Door Frame Sets

　　In order to implement the spirit of General Manager Luo Botao's speech at the 2012 dealer annual meeting regarding the standardization and normalization of Qianchuan Wooden Doors, at 2 PM on March 27, Director Zhang Shaoming of the Quality Technology Center hosted a training session on "Relevant Specifications for Precise Cutting Dimensions of Prefabricated Door Frames" in the conference room on the fifth floor. Personnel from the Manufacturing Center, Customer Service Department, and Marketing Center attended the training.

　　At the training session, Director Zhang gave a detailed explanation to the participants covering seven aspects: measurement of prefabricated door frames, order recording, order placement, production, hardware drilling, quality inspection and acceptance, and installation precautions. To help everyone better understand the relevant specifications, Director Zhang made the abstract concrete by bringing door frame templates from the workshop for physical demonstration. Through this approach, the attendees gained a deeper understanding of the specifications. Participants asked detailed questions about unclear points and engaged in lively discussions. During the discussions, discrepancies between theory and practice were addressed one by one, making the specifications more rigorous.

　　Director Zhang from the Quality Technology Center said: "Work must be rigorous and details cannot be overlooked. Even errors of a few hundredths of a centimeter in dimensions must be considered. Through this training session, I believe we can achieve precise cutting of door frames and accelerate the process of planning and standardizing Qianchuan Wooden Doors."
