On the afternoon of the 27th at 4:30 PM, the training course "Learning Five Management Practices from the People's Liberation Army" Lesson One - Mindset Management, taught by company general office trainer Xie Chuanmei and hosted by Deputy General Manager Qiu Qingjian, was held in the fifth-floor conference room. Company section-level (and above), supervisors, and employees all participated in this training course.
The training started with the importance of corporate mindset management, using humorous language and lively actions to explain mindset management knowledge in an easy-to-understand way to the Qianchuan family. The venue was filled with rounds of applause and laughter.
"A person's wealth depends on their vision and pattern," "Details determine success or failure, and state determines success," "Don't be a polluter of the environment, be a welcomed person," "There is a kind of success that starts from unity; standardization and normalization are the keys to a company's growth and strength"... This series of concepts strongly impacted the cadres and employees present. Especially after watching the video showcasing the Masa team's style, the military-style management and standardized team demeanor of the Masa team made everyone realize the importance of the training. Under Teacher Xie's guidance, everyone seriously learned the Masa team's dance - "Step by Step Up."
After the theoretical exchange, teams were organized to compete in various challenges during the training. The Marketing Center formed the Eagle Team, the Logistics staff formed the Wu Zhan Team, and the Manufacturing Center formed the Production Team. They competed in team naming and team chants at the training meeting. In the end, the Eagle Team won with high morale.
Through the mindset management training, company employees expressed that they benefited greatly. Employee Zhang Yan, who attended the training, said: "It is very necessary for the company to hold such training.
