Five Military Management Reports - Series 2 (Time Management)

　　On the afternoon of the 28th at 4:30, the second lesson of "Learning Five Management Skills from the People's Liberation Army" — Time Management training course, taught by the company's general office trainer Xie Chuanmei, continued in the meeting room on the fifth floor.

　　"Are you busy at work? Are you troubled by some trivial matters every day? Do you feel tired? Do you know how to manage your own time? Can you distinguish the importance of tasks? Do you know how to improve work efficiency and change the current situation? ..."

　　A series of questions opened the curtain for this time management training course. After Teacher Xie raised these questions, the cadres and employees present seriously thought about them and continuously reflected on the answers. The phrase "How much a person can accomplish entirely depends on time management" truly shocked the cadres and employees present. After the shock, Teacher Xie entered the core content of this training course.

　　In the training class, Teacher Xie systematically and deeply analyzed knowledge about time management from three aspects: time waste, time value, and time planning, through playing the "Life Train" video, conducting a life experience exercise on how many years can be torn away, and practicing the "Efficiency Model" form. During the lecture, with his usual humorous language and rich body movements, the whole class was lively and engaging. Everyone learned a lot in the relaxed classroom, not only understanding the brevity and importance of life but also realizing how to be the manager of their own time and reasonably allocate their time.

　　After the training course, everyone felt greatly benefited.
