  On the afternoon of the 20th, because the specialty store was about to reopen after renovation the next day, he was busy in the store and never stopped. He looked here and walked there, carefully inspecting every detail in the store, occasionally asking: Should we put a vase with flowers on this dining table to make it look better? Is this product catalog too old and should be replaced? Are these balloons too densely packed, causing inconvenience for customers entering the store? ... Many questions were raised by him, showing that he treats Qianchuan like his own child, focusing on every detail with care, wanting to present the best side to everyone.
  The reopening of the Qianchuan Wooden Doors specialty store after renovation is like marrying off one's own daughter, with no room for neglect: the store's signboard is the largest among Qianchuan Wooden Doors specialty stores; the store area has also set a new record in Qianchuan's history; the store even designed a rockery water pond where goldfish swim happily, a design rarely seen in other specialty stores; even the simple wallpaper was searched for throughout the city for a long time before finally being found. In the end, we finally found it." Willing to spend on the "dowry" for the "Qianchuan daughter" and send her off splendidly is the best interpretation of Mr. Luo's philosophy that "the store and quality must match."
  When Mr. Luo talked to the reporter about this philosophy, he said: "You see, now that Qianchuan has grown strong, if I can't keep up with Qianchuan's development pace and the store remains the same as years ago, wouldn't it be very outdated? So this renovation, I wanted to do it well, to match Qianchuan's current brand status and quality, to keep up with the development and trends of Qianchuan Wooden Doors. I think I am committed to Qianchuan."
  Also consistently sticking with and growing alongside Qianchuan are the specialty store sales assistants Sister Li, Sister Huang, and installer Master Ou. The shortest service time among the three is eight years, the longest eleven years. Being able to work in one place for so long, through Sister Li and Sister Huang's stories, we finally understand the real reason.
  Sister Li said: "I've been with Qianchuan for so many years. Over these years, there were better places to go and I thought about leaving, but my feelings for Qianchuan made it impossible. Now, Qianchuan is like family, and family ties keep me here. If I were to leave now, I definitely wouldn't feel comfortable."

Mr. Luo said: "At that time, a friend of mine was the marketing director at Qianchuan. Back then, Qianchuan was still small and sales were not ideal. So he came to me and asked if I was willing to be a Qianchuan dealer. I had many concerns and thought about it for a long time, but in the end, I took on the dealership rights for Qianchuan Wooden Doors. I was uncertain and somewhat nervous at the time."
  When asked why he chose Qianchuan Wooden Doors back then, Mr. Luo said: "Among many brands, I chose Qianchuan Wooden Doors. Undeniably, the friendship played a role, but more importantly, I had previously worked in home building materials and had some understanding of the industry.   In the early days of raising the "Qianchuan daughter," Qianchuan was still a very young infant. At that time, Mr. Luo, a layman, acted as both father and mother, which was very difficult. Looking back, Mr. Luo still remembers clearly: "Qianchuan's scale was really small then, brand awareness was low, and development was not as good as now. People said they had never heard of Qianchuan, let alone trusted it. Many people bought doors from small workshops for renovations because they were affordable and convenient. For a long time, no one paid attention to us. We were anxious and doubtful, but there was no choice. Since we had started, we had to keep going. If customers didn't come, we went to find them, running sales all over the city, posting ads everywhere, and doing all kinds of promotions... We tried every possible method. Gradually, more people came to inquire, and business improved slowly, continuing until now. This year, our sales shifted from outward to inward, from one-way product introduction to a dual emphasis on culture and product, focusing more on store sales and cultural promotion, combined with various group buying, online shopping, and other emerging models to continuously expand the sales market and better promote Qianchuan's culture and products."
  Twelve years, experience at Qianchuan
  With the continuous development of Qianchuan Wooden Doors, as a distributor, we have also been growing. Twelve years is not a short time. Given the current chaos in China's business environment, being able to stick to the same industry and brand is a miracle.   Secondly, attentive service centered around the product: a "brand" is not built overnight but forged through repeated trials. Through this process, a complete service system should be developed. Service not only extends the product's lifespan but also continuously conveys a responsible brand image to consumers, achieving a win-win for both distributors and the company. Service and sales complement each other and can be divided into three stages: pre-sale, during-sale, and after-sale services. In the first stage, pre-sale service, our sales guides carefully introduce products, functions, and brand advantages to every customer who visits our store, regardless of whether they buy, never neglecting any consumer or potential client. During-sale service includes free home delivery and installation for every customer who orders products. After-sale service involves maintaining a customer information database and conducting regular and irregular phone follow-ups to understand each customer's product usage, protecting the brand image and customer interests.
