Qianchuan Wooden Doors Conducts Performance Assessment Indicator Test
On the afternoon of May 28th, the performance assessment indicator test for Qianchuan Wooden Doors was held in the conference room on the fifth floor. This was a written test on employee performance assessment following the introduction of new performance assessment indicators in March. The test was conducted in two rounds.
At 4 PM, the first round of the test officially began. At the test site, after the test papers were distributed, the participating employees were all focused and diligently working on the test questions, carefully writing their answers on the papers. The only sound in the room was the rustling of pens on paper.
This performance assessment indicator test aims to help company employees better understand their own performance assessment goals, so they can work more purposefully in their daily tasks. It is reported that this test will be included in the personal growth indicators within the performance assessment criteria.
