Carry forward the spirit of model workers, showcase the elegance of craftsmanship, Qianchuan Wooden Doors commends the 2018 Model Workers
Under clear skies and gentle breezes, as we bid farewell to the vibrant April of spring and welcome the splendid early summer of May, Qianchuan Wooden Doors recently held the 2018 "Model Worker and Outstanding Youth Commendation Conference" simultaneously at its Sichuan and Hubei production bases. The conference, themed "Labor is the Most Glorious," aimed to recognize and encourage workers who have diligently and selflessly contributed outstanding work achievements over the past year, further promoting the spirit of Qianchuan model workers and showcasing craftsmanship.
At the Sichuan production base, Qianchuan Wooden Doors Chairman Luo Zhengren first congratulated and thanked the honored employees at the commendation conference. He then stated that Qianchuan's development is the result of the hard work and selfless dedication of all Qianchuan people. The workers have contributed through their hard work and efforts within the Qianchuan family, creating today’s excellent Chinese wooden door brand with stores across major cities nationwide and products entering thousands of households.
Finally, Chairman Luo hoped that all Qianchuan people would cherish time and opportunities, be brave in striving, and achieve great success; he wished that today's awardees would take the honor as a starting point for further efforts. He encouraged all Qianchuan people to master real skills at work, excel in their positions, demonstrate value and style through labor, enjoy the happiness earned by hard work, and strive for a happy life in their respective roles.
Qianchuan Wooden Doors Deputy General Manager Zhang Shaoming presented trophies and certificates of honor to the model workers. The honored workers confidently went on stage to receive their awards and took group photos. Meanwhile, the company also gave them bonuses and gift packages of grain and oil to thank them for their hard work.
This year’s model worker commendation continues Qianchuan Wooden Doors’ tradition of inheriting and promoting the spirit of dedication and progressiveness. It serves as encouragement to all Qianchuan people, including the model workers, and reflects the company’s hope that all employees will practice "Love Qianchuan, Support Qianchuan, and Prosper Qianchuan."
At the Hubei production base, the commendation conference was also held as scheduled. Five outstanding employees from the Hubei base were selected as model workers. Relevant company leaders presented them with certificates, trophies, bonuses, and gifts. The honored model workers smiled brightly and proudly, showing genuine pride.
