  To promote the steady development of the enterprise, enhance the overall strength of the company, and ensure that employees' demonstrated abilities and wisdom are recognized promptly and accurately, the company began the selection and reserve work for mid-year reserve cadres in May. After the preliminary performance announcement of the candidate reserve cadres, the selection process entered the second phase — comprehensive ability assessment.
  On June 21, 2012, the comprehensive ability assessment was launched in the company's fifth-floor conference hall. The evaluation panel, composed of General Manager Luo Baitao, Deputy General Manager Qiu Qingjian, Quality and Technology Director Zhang Shaoming, Manufacturing Director Ren Baizhou, and the heads of various departments, conducted a fair and impartial comprehensive evaluation of 15 candidates.
  This assessment involved candidates giving speeches on stage and answering questions from the judges, evaluating their comprehensive qualities from different perspectives. In particular, the assessment focused on candidates' personal image, temperament, expression, responsiveness, communication skills, and development potential. At the assessment site, the 15 candidates, after thorough preparation, perfectly demonstrated their abilities on stage, giving the judges a detailed understanding of each individual.
