　　After the reflections on this development training concluded, the originally scattered teams merged by department, shouting out their department names and slogans, fully demonstrating the team spirit cultivated during the training.

　　Gradually, the lights dimmed, and everyone sat quietly together. The broadcast played a "Letter from the General Manager" read by a team member. Everyone listened to the General Manager's summary of the training and his recognition and expectations for the employees.
