Deputy Principal Zhu Shouyin of the Party School of the Ministry of Agriculture visited Qianchuan Wooden Doors for inspection

　　Deputy Principal of the Party School of the Ministry of Agriculture, Deputy Dean of the Management Cadre College of the Ministry of Agriculture, and Researcher Zhu Shouyin, Assistant Researcher and PhD Duan Jinyuan, and PhD Zhao Di, accompanied by relevant leaders including Zhao Yigui, Standing Committee Member of the Wenjiang District Party Committee, Member of the Party Leadership Group of the District People's Government, and Deputy District Mayor, visited Qianchuan Wooden Door for research. 　　During the research visit, Principal Zhu and his party toured the factory exhibition hall and the cultural room on the fifth floor. In the exhibition hall, they saw various types of wooden doors and experienced the rich wooden door culture. Principal Zhu deeply appreciated Qianchuan Wooden Door's efforts and achievements in cultural construction. Afterwards, the group visited the cultural room on the fifth floor, observing the cultural wall and honor wall documenting Qianchuan's development process, and touched various entertainment facilities such as ping-pong tables and billiard tables. Principal Zhu Shouyin exclaimed, "The corporate culture construction is excellent."

　　As an expert on rural issues, Principal Zhu and his party mainly came to conduct research on rural labor mobility, employment, household registration reform, and the urbanization of migrant workers. During the visit, Principal Zhu frequently asked accompanying staff related questions. "How many migrant workers are there in our factory? What proportion of the company's staff do they represent? How are their wages and benefits? Can their household registration be transferred to Wenjiang? If so, are they willing to change from rural to non-rural status and move to the city?" This series of questions highlighted the purpose of the visit. Principal Zhu also affirmed the employment opportunities provided by Qianchuan Wooden Door for rural labor employment.

　　After the visit, the group held a discussion in the meeting room of Youqing Community Activity Center in Hesheng Town. Leaders from the District Government Office, District Agricultural Development Bureau, Wenjiang Public Security Bureau, District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, District Civil Affairs Bureau, and the Science and Technology Park Management Committee Office attended the meeting. Qianchuan Wooden Door, as a representative enterprise of the Straits Science and Technology Park, participated in the discussion and explored rural-related issues together with Principal Zhu and the leaders of various departments.
