Qianchuan Wooden Doors Holds "Trapezoidal Communication" Training Session

  In the workplace, we often encounter such confusion. Whether communication succeeds or not is an important indicator of whether work efficiency can be improved and work ability enhanced. To strengthen horizontal coordination and speed up problem-solving, Qianchuan Wooden Doors held an internal management training on "Trapezoidal Communication" at 4 PM on October 16th in the meeting room on the fifth floor. The training was conducted by Deputy General Manager Qiu Qingjian, and company management staff at the section level and above attended the training.
  At the beginning of the training, Deputy General Manager Qiu Qingjian started the course on trapezoidal communication with a real communication incident that had just happened to him, which deepened the participants' interest in the training.
  Throughout the course, General Manager Qiu explained the reasons for implementing trapezoidal communication, its basic content and supporting measures, implementation details, and prohibitions. Using simple language and familiar examples, he clearly trained everyone, deeply analyzing various aspects of "trapezoidal communication" and sharing this communication mindset with the colleagues present, so that everyone can communicate better and solve problems faster in future work.
  After the entire training, the employees present expressed that trapezoidal communication is a new communication method for them, but after today's training, they have a deeper understanding of this communication model, which will greatly benefit future work.
