Qianchuan Wooden Doors Holds a Meeting for Newly Hired Production Employees
To comprehensively understand the work and life conditions of newly hired production employees from May to November this year, enhance their sense of identity with the company and corporate culture, promptly resolve difficulties encountered in their work and life, and provide a good communication platform for production employees, a new employee forum was held in two sessions on November 20th at 1:30 PM in the meeting room on the fifth floor. Deputy General Manager Qiu Qingjian, Quality Technology Director Zhang Shaoming, Manufacturing Director Ren Baizhou, Production Material Control Department Manager Wu Anhu, Human Resources and Administration Department Manager Chen Huilin, as well as supervisors from various workshops of the Production and Manufacturing Center and newly hired production employees attended the forum.
At the forum, the newly hired production employees spoke one after another, reporting on their recent life and work situations. At the same time, they offered many good opinions and suggestions to the management department, workshop supervisors, teams, and mentors from various aspects. They earnestly hoped the company could provide more learning and practical opportunities so that they could quickly master the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of various job types, comprehensively and systematically understand the structure and functions of various products, the process flow of each job type, and quickly adapt to the company's rapid development needs.

As the manager responsible for human resources, administration, and logistics, Human Resources and Administration Department Manager Chen Huilin first expressed gratitude for the valuable opinions raised by the newly hired production employees during the forum. We will do our utmost to solve the issues related to life and work that everyone has raised. We hope that when you encounter difficulties, you will promptly report to the workshop supervisors or the Human Resources and Administration Department, and we will resolve them fully and quickly."
Deputy General Manager Qiu Qingjian, when analyzing the personnel situation and professional team building at Qianchuan, hoped everyone could position themselves correctly, set their own plans and goals, and strive to showcase themselves on the broad development platform provided by Qianchuan.
