Southwest University of Science and Technology Fresh Graduates Visit Qianchuan Wooden Doors

　　On December 20th, a group of eighteen fresh graduates from Southwest University of Science and Technology in Mianyang visited the facility located in Wenjiang, Chengdu for an inspection tour. General Manager Luo Baitao, Quality and Technology Center Director Zhang Shaoming, Manufacturing Center Director Ren Baizhou, Deputy Marketing Center Director Li Hongxiao, Human Resources and Administration Manager Chen Huilin, and relevant personnel responsible for recruitment received and accompanied the group during the visit.

　　Factory Tour

　　Upon entering the factory, the group first visited the Qianchuan Wooden Door production workshop. Throughout the visit, the students were enthusiastic. Led by guide Zhao Li, teachers and students toured various departments of the production workshop, personally experiencing the production process of Qianchuan Wooden Doors. They also engaged in learning and exchanging ideas with relevant personnel about many aspects of the production technology.

　　Next, the group proceeded to the company showroom. Observing the showroom where Chinese culture and Western design blend, the group frequently expressed admiration. With the guide's explanation, everyone gained a general understanding of the wooden doors displayed and a more detailed insight into the company.

　　Showroom Visit

　　Then, the group visited the office areas on the third and fourth floors as well as the cultural room on the fifth floor. During the visit to the fifth-floor cultural room, upon seeing the recreational facilities prepared for employees such as a billiards table, KTV, and ping pong tables, everyone felt that Qianchuan truly considers employees' needs and provides a good entertainment environment to enrich their leisure life. After viewing the corporate culture wall, everyone showed great interest and praised the company's efforts in building a strong corporate culture.

　　Visit to the 5th Floor Cultural Room

　　In the fifth-floor conference room, everyone watched the corporate promotional video of Qianchuan Wooden Doors and videos of team-building training. They also gained a more detailed understanding of Qianchuan through the "Entering Qianchuan" compiled booklet.

　　Understanding the Company's Corporate Culture

　　At 1 PM, General Manager Luo Baitao came to the fifth-floor conference room and gave an excellent presentation on the company's development overview, 2013 strategic planning, and the development platform the company will provide. He also introduced the history, current status, and market distribution of the wooden door industry in an easy-to-understand manner. He said, "As the company's general manager and also as your senior, I warmly welcome the juniors from Southwest University of Science and Technology to intern at Qianchuan. Qianchuan will provide you with a broad development platform to help you grow quickly and realize your career plans and life ideals."

　　This visit and inspection gave the fresh graduates from Southwest University of Science and Technology a deeper understanding and recognition of Qianchuan's business philosophy, corporate culture, and management methods. It also motivated them to put in their best effort during the final and most important part of the visit—the interview—hoping to secure internships at Qianchuan and achieve a win-win outcome for both the company and their own development.
