Qianchuan Wooden Door Quality Technology Center Holds New Process Training Session
At 2 p.m. on March 14th, the new craft training session for Qianchuan Wooden Doors was held in the conference room on the fifth floor. Zhang Shaoming, Director of the Quality Technology Center, Ren Baizhou, Director of the Manufacturing Center, as well as supervisors from various workshops of the Manufacturing Center, the Sales Department, and the Business Department attended the training session. The meeting was hosted by Liu Dehui, supervisor of the Technical Department of the Quality Technology Center.
To meet the ever-increasing demands of consumers for wooden door products, Qianchuan Wooden Doors has been continuously developing new models, aiming to bring more exquisite and distinctive wooden door products to its customers. With the efforts of all technical staff in the company's Technical Department, after several months of technical breakthroughs and overcoming production process and technical challenges, multiple new wooden door models with excellent craftsmanship and popular aesthetics have finally been developed.

At the training session, Supervisor Liu from the Technical Department first gave a detailed explanation to the attendees about the new styles of wooden door structures, paint processes, workflow processes, and various production process details. Each detail was analyzed more deeply according to the different models of wooden doors.
As the production department for the new wooden door models, the Manufacturing Center plays a crucial role in controlling the production processes of the new doors. The Sales Department and Business Department, as the two key departments directly interacting with dealers and promoting the new wooden door styles, must also understand the various features of the new models. Therefore, at the training session, supervisors from each production workshop of the Manufacturing Center, regional managers, and business specialists engaged in real-time communication and discussion with Zhang Shaoming, Director of Quality Technology, and Liu Dehui, supervisor of the Technical Department, raising and resolving issues promptly.
