Young Eagles Spread Their Wings, Helping You Soar --- Qianchuan Wooden Doors "Young Eagle Plan" 2018 Sales Training Successfully Concluded
On the last day of the "Chuying Plan" sales training event, the Qianchuan family returned home this morning—to the Qianchuan Wooden Door Chengdu Production Base.
Led by Marketing Manager Zhao Zhifu and various regional managers, the Qianchuan family members orderly toured the manufacturing center's warehouse, door frame workshop, and the front and back process workshops of door panels. The trainees expressed that this close-up visit to the manufacturing center gave them a more detailed and in-depth understanding of Qianchuan wooden doors' raw materials, production processes, and product knowledge. This effectively enhanced their confidence in the products, and with Qianchuan's strength backing them, they will be more confident in future sales.
In the afternoon, Marketing Manager Zhao Zhifu led everyone to the showroom to visit the new "Flock" product.
Afterwards, Manager Zhao Zhifu gave the trainees a unique and lively sales skills training class. The trainees were divided into two groups for role-playing. One group acted as sales assistants, and the other as customers. The customer group asked various questions, and the sales group competed to answer. Satisfactory answers were rewarded, unsatisfactory ones were penalized. Most importantly, Manager Zhao gave wonderful and professional comments to each trainee. Through this innovative sales skills training, the trainees learned practical and effective sales techniques in an intense and lively atmosphere.
After the training, there was a lively and joyful graduation ceremony. After the happy yet challenging training, the trainees finally received their own graduation certificates. During this training session, Qianchuan Wooden Doors also awarded certificates to outstanding trainees.
After these days of interaction, deep feelings developed among the Qianchuan family members, and there was much reluctance at parting. However, all good things must come to an end, and the "Chuying Soaring" 2018 sales training concluded amid farewells.
Indeed, although we come from all corners of the country, we share a common name—that is, Qianchuan people!
