Qianchuan Wooden Doors Holds New Employee Symposium

On March 22, Qianchuan Wooden Doors held a new employee symposium. Chen Huilin, Director of the Human Resources and Administration Center, Ren Baizhou, Director of the Manufacturing Center, and supervisors from various workshops in the Manufacturing Center had face-to-face discussions with the production employees who joined in 2013, covering various aspects of their work and life during the initial period of employment.
The symposium was held in a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere. The table was filled with snacks such as peanuts and candy. Participants shelled peanuts while sharing their feelings about the new work and living environment, the difficulties they encountered in life and work at Qianchuan, as well as their opinions and suggestions for the company. Everyone expressed their views and communicated their thoughts with the relevant company leaders.
An employee from Henan spoke as the first representative, saying: "I left my hometown to come to Sichuan and join Qianchuan. Although it hasn't been long, I feel that Qianchuan is large in scale, well-managed, and overall quite good."
At work, since they were newly employed and not yet fully familiar with their tasks, the new employees discussed with Director Ren Baizhou of the Manufacturing Center and the workshop supervisors how to improve themselves and get up to speed quickly in their respective jobs. Director Ren and the supervisors answered all the questions and opinions raised by the new employees one by one.
Many of the new production employees live and eat at the company, which is both their workplace and living place. They also raised some opinions about their living conditions. In response, Chen Huilin, Director of Human Resources and Administration, first expressed gratitude for the suggestions and opinions from the new employees. Furthermore, he made a commitment that the Human Resources and Administration Center will do a good job in logistics, providing all Qianchuan employees with a good working and living environment so that new employees feel a sense of belonging like home.
