The Rear Front — Qianchuan "Love School" Supports Disaster Relief

"What about our children? Should we take them back or leave them here? Who will take care of them if they stay here?"
This became a major dilemma for many employees returning to their hometowns to participate in emergency rescue before departure. At this critical moment, the temporary earthquake relief command center of Qianchuan Wood Industry Group, after a brief discussion, broadcasted a notice to employees heading to the disaster area to leave all their children inside the company for unified care by the company.
According to the Human Resources and Administration Department, among the more than 1,000 employees of Qianchuan Wooden Doors, over 300 come from Lushan. Most employees bring their children with them, who attend school here in Wenjiang. Before heading to the earthquake relief front line, they are now worried not only about the disaster in their hometown but also about the whereabouts of their children.
When employees heard this news from the broadcast, they felt much relieved. Their children had life and safety guarantees, providing them with strong spiritual support and rear support to participate in the earthquake relief efforts at the front line.
After the rescue personnel rushed to the front line, to solve their worries and take good care of the children left at Qianchuan, Qianchuan Wooden Doors established a caring school within the company and assigned special personnel to look after the children. Luo Zhengren, the chief commander of the temporary earthquake relief command center of Qianchuan Wood Industry Group, said in an interview with Chengdu Business Daily: "I don't want the earthquake to leave trauma on these children's young hearts; we haven't told them the harsh truth."
It is understood that in the past two days, the company's female employees gave up their weekend rest to come to the Qianchuan Caring School to accompany the children, singing, dancing, playing games with them, teaching them to draw, and playing table tennis in the company’s recreation room. They eat and sleep with them, so these young children do not feel psychologically lonely, diverting their attention from missing their parents to the care and love from the older sisters and brothers. The teachers also organized the children to cheer for the disaster area! Cheer for the children there! Cheer for their parents! Cheer for Lushan! Cheer for Qianchuan!
