Leaders of Hong'an County, Hubei, visit and extend their regards to employees of Qianchuan Wooden Doors Central China Base

　　At 1:50 PM on April 23, 2013, Yu Xuewu, Secretary of the Hong'an County Party Committee in Hubei, Deputy County Mayor Liu, Rongyuan Furniture Industrial Park General Manager Li Ziqi, and others visited the production workshop of Qianchuan Wood Industry Group's Central China base to comfort frontline production employees and learn about the disaster situation in their hometown Ya'an. They encouraged them to stay strong, assuring that the government and the Party would help solve their problems. Rong Huiqi, head of the Administrative Department of Qianchuan Central China base, accompanied them and reported to Secretary Yu and other leaders about the disaster situation affecting the employees' hometowns and families.

　　The earthquake on April 20 caused great harm to many people, especially the employees of Qianchuan Wood Industry Group. Among the more than 1,000 employees of Chengdu Qianchuan Wood Industry Co., Ltd., 300 are from Lushan, the earthquake's epicenter. Their homes were severely damaged and basically uninhabitable, and a small number of employees had family members injured.

　　Rong Huiqi reported to Secretary Yu, County Mayor Liu, General Manager Li Ziqi, and other leaders about the disaster situation at Qianchuan Wood Industry Group's Central China base. She said, "There are 130 people from Sichuan at the Hong'an base, among whom 23 families were affected by the earthquake. Upon learning that the earthquake occurred in Lushan, Ya'an, the company organized a group of employee representatives from Lushan to return to their hometown to understand the disaster situation and participate in earthquake relief efforts."

　　After hearing Rong Huiqi's report, all the leaders felt very heavy-hearted. They approached several production employees from Lushan to comfort them. "You must stay strong through this disaster. If you stay here, you should work and live with peace of mind. The government and the Party will not neglect you. If you have any financial needs or difficulties, we will provide assistance as soon as possible," Secretary Yu told them.

　　At the end of the visit, Rongyuan Furniture Industrial Park General Manager Li Ziqi clearly stated that a donation event would be held soon at Rongyuan Furniture Industrial Park to help the people affected in Lushan.
