　　In the early morning, as the sky was slightly brightening and the plants were gently awakening, a banner reading "China, stay strong; Lushan, stay strong; Qianchuan, stay strong" was hung at the entrance of Chengdu Qianchuan Wood Industry Co., Ltd.; banners on the employee dormitory building read "In the face of the April 20 Lushan earthquake, Qianchuan employees must achieve a triple win: win smooth production, win normal income, win post-disaster reconstruction"; on the playground display board, white characters on a black background saying "Farewell, compatriots; China, stay strong; Lushan, stay strong; Qianchuan, stay strong" stimulated everyone's nerves.

　　Facing the rising sun, all Qianchuan employees gathered on the playground with an extremely heavy heart, dressed in black formal wear and work uniforms, wearing white mourning flowers, and holding national flags. At 8:02, the air raid siren sounded across the sky, car horns blared, and everyone solemnly observed a three-minute moment of silence for the compatriots who died in the earthquake.

　　After the moment of silence, Ren Baizhou, Director of the Manufacturing Center, took the stage to make a pledge: "On behalf of all employees of the Manufacturing Center, we will continue the spirit of earthquake resistance and disaster relief from the April 20 Lushan earthquake, and fully strive to achieve a triple win in the face of the earthquake: win smooth production, win normal income, win post-disaster reconstruction. Ensure production and guarantee quality." Liao Jun, Sales Department Manager, also pledged on behalf of all marketing employees that they will definitely complete the company's set goals, united in purpose and sharing the mission.
