Sales assistant from Mianyang specialty store visits Qianchuan Wooden Doors for study
At 11 a.m. on May 28, the store manager of Mianyang specialty store led a group of 7 sales assistants to visit Chengdu Qianchuan Wood Industry Co., Ltd. They toured various series of Qianchuan wooden doors and observed the entire production process and craftsmanship of wooden doors in the workshop. The marketing center specially organized a training session on wooden door production technology and sales skills.
Zhang Kunwen, regional manager of the sales department of the marketing center, first led everyone to visit the Qianchuan product series in the showrooms on the first and second floors, allowing everyone to directly experience the many Qianchuan wooden door products and to physically feel the details of each door. Due to limitations such as the size of the specialty store, many people said they usually do not have the opportunity to directly touch each door, so they lack confidence when facing customers. After this visit, they will be able to more intuitively and vividly express the features and advantages of each door.

In the meeting room on the fifth floor, Liao Jun, manager of the sales department of the marketing center, conducted training on wooden door knowledge and sales skills. He displayed different samples for everyone to observe and learn, encouraged questions, and aimed to solve problems through Q&A, helping sales assistants clarify professional knowledge about wooden door products encountered in daily sales. Manager Liao also taught how to apply wooden door expertise in daily terminal sales, establish a professional image for Qianchuan sales staff, how salespeople should greet customers, analyze and understand their needs, effectively recommend products, address customer objections, and further facilitate final customer transactions.
Finally, Manager Liao led everyone to the production workshop to personally experience the entire production process and craftsmanship of wooden doors. While touring, everyone asked questions about things they did not understand. Manager Liao and Manager Zhang provided detailed answers and taught how to respond to customer inquiries and effectively guide them during the sales process.
