Leader of the Preparatory Group of Ya'an Chamber of Commerce in Chengdu, Luo Zhengren, Chairman of Chengdu Qianchuan Wood Industry Co., Ltd., Report on the Preparatory Situation of Ya'an Chamber of Commerce in Chengdu

　　Respected Chairman Sun and all members of the preparatory group:

　　Good afternoon!

　　Today we are holding the second meeting of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce Preparatory Committee here. First of all, we would like to thank Chairman Sun of the Chengdu Federation of Industry and Commerce and his delegation for their strong support and attention to the application by Ya'an businessmen in Chengdu to establish the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce. The application to establish the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce is a common goal and aspiration of Ya'an businessmen in Chengdu. Currently, according to the application procedures and requirements, based on the eight founding units attending today's meeting, we are actively carrying out various preparatory tasks. Here, I would like to report to Chairman Sun and all leaders on the progress of the preparatory work for the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce:

　　1. Overall plan for establishing the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce

　　According to incomplete statistics, currently, there are more than a thousand Ya'an businessmen operating businesses and enterprises in Chengdu, involved in industries such as forestry products, building materials, real estate, finance, telecommunications, food, breeding, import and export trade, legal services, and more. They are working hard in various fields, locations, and positions in Chengdu, achieving gratifying results.

　　To boost the spirit of Ya'an industrial and commercial entrepreneurs in Chengdu, enhance everyone's cohesion, promote the development and prosperity of more Ya'an businessmen in Chengdu, better give back to society, and promote economic development and social progress in both Chengdu and Ya'an, it is urgent and necessary to establish the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce. With the strong support and help of the Chengdu Federation of Industry and Commerce, our wish to establish our own organization will surely be realized.

　　2. Progress of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce Preparatory Work

　　In May 2013, the establishment of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce was jointly initiated by 40 Ya'an industrial and commercial entrepreneurs investing and operating businesses in Chengdu, including Luo Zhengren, Chairman of Chengdu Qianchuan Wood Industry Co., Ltd., Jiang Fenglin, Chairman of Sichuan Xikang Mining Co., Ltd., and Zhang Zhongwei, Chairman of Chengdu Fengfeng Food Co., Ltd. This initiative received strong support from the United Front Work Department of the Ya'an Municipal Committee and the Ya'an Federation of Industry and Commerce. During this period, we visited the Chengdu Federation of Industry and Commerce, extensively solicited opinions and suggestions from relevant department leaders, and received guidance and assistance in our work, laying an important and valuable foundation for our preparatory work for the Ya'an Chamber of Commerce. Here, I once again propose that all members of the preparatory group stand up and sincerely thank the Chengdu Federation of Industry and Commerce for their support and help in the preparatory work of the Ya'an Chamber of Commerce!

　　Currently, the preparatory work for the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce is personally led by me through everyone's recommendation. A preparatory group has been established, and the preparatory office of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce has been set up at Chengdu Qianchuan Wood Industry Co., Ltd. A capable team has been hired and formed to coordinate and handle routine work with dedicated personnel, funds, and resources, carrying out the foundational work for the preparatory work of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce. We are building systems, direction, goals, and mechanisms to provide the greatest convenience for the establishment of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce and effectively promote various tasks, ensuring that the preparatory work is solid and orderly.

　　Everything is ready except for the final push. The establishment of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce has basically completed all the tasks assigned by the Chengdu Federation of Industry and Commerce. Here, we earnestly request the Chengdu Federation of Industry and Commerce to continue their strong support and approve the application for the establishment of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce as soon as possible to realize our dream!
