Focus on Details to Promote Production — Chairman Luo Zhengren Inspects Qianchuan Wooden Door Central China Base

　　On July 17, 2013, Luo Zhengren, a Chinese wood products expert, Executive Vice President of the China Wooden Door Association, and Chairman of Qianchuan Wood Industry Group, led a team including Human Resources and Administration Director Chen Huilin, Brand Operations Center Director Zhou Xingqi, and Publicity Department Supervisor Lei Tianyu to the Central China base of Qianchuan Wood Industry Group for an in-depth frontline inspection.

　　Two years after the foundation of Qianchuan Wood Industry Group's Central China base, the functions of Rongyuan Furniture Industrial Park have gradually become apparent, and the favorable development situation is continuously improving and strengthening. Since the base began operations at the end of last year, the Chairman has attached great importance to the development of the factory area and the production and living conditions of employees, striving to enhance the living environment of the factory. He emphasized, "The factory should be built into a base where employees want to come, want to stay, and can work for a long time, integrating life and production." Since its foundation, the Central China base has also received strong support from the Hong'an County Party Committee, County Government, and Rongyuan Furniture Industrial Park. Over the past two years, the people of Qianchuan have begun to realize their self-worth and the dream of personal and corporate development on this land.

　　During this inspection, the Chairman mainly gained detailed understanding and gave important instructions regarding production status, employees' production and living conditions, and base construction details. He made new demands concerning the current gaps in hardware facilities, external environment, cultural environment, and image services at the base. He emphasized that only by focusing on details can smooth production be ensured; only with good behavioral habits can tasks be done well; and doing every small thing well is the foundation of success. He urged everyone to always remember the company's development philosophy: "Be down-to-earth in character and diligent in door-making."

　　As the first enterprise to open and start production in the Rongyuan Furniture Industrial Park of Hong'an County, Hubei Province, Qianchuan Wooden Doors has received great attention from leaders across Hubei Province. The Chairman holds high expectations for the Hong'an base. This is the most critical step in Qianchuan Wooden Doors' strategic planning and historical development, gradually shifting the company's leading position in the Southwest region eastward.
