Qianchuan Wooden Door Central China Base Holds Mid-to-High-Level Leadership Enterprise Management Meeting

  On the morning of July 19, 2013, middle and senior leaders of Qianchuan Wooden Doors Central China Base held a meeting on enterprise management and development. This meeting was to fully implement and carry out the enterprise's development strategy in Hong'an, Hubei, focusing on the current development status, management rectification and upgrading, production process adjustment, and personnel allocation. Attendees included Luo Zhengren, Chairman of Qianchuan Wood Industry Group; Luo Baitao, General Manager; Zhang Shaoming, General Manager of the Hubei Central China Base; Chen Huilin, Director of Human Resources and Administration; Zhou Xingqi, Director of Brand Operations; and various department heads.   At the beginning of the meeting, General Manager Luo mainly focused on the current work progress at the Central China Base, requiring everyone to analyze the current situation together, optimize resource allocation, improve management systems, and seek higher strategic goals under the good development momentum of Qianchuan and Hong'an, Hubei, to enhance Qianchuan's influence in the national market.
  As the first enterprise to open and start production in the Rongyuan Furniture Industrial Park of Hong'an County, Hubei Province, Qianchuan Wooden Doors has received great attention from leaders across various sectors in Hubei Province. Leaders at all levels of the company have high expectations for the development and growth of the Hong'an Base. So far, the base's production development has taken shape, with all mechanical equipment in place, meeting all conditions for comprehensive development. Chairman Luo Zhengren has repeatedly emphasized that "the focus of Qianchuan Wood Industry Group's development is gradually shifting from Sichuan to Hubei. This is not just a span from Chengdu to Hong'an, but an important deployment for Qianchuan Wooden Doors to expand from the Southwest market to the national market." Department leaders and workshop supervisors reported on the work situation in the first half of 2013 and put forward relevant effective suggestions. Everyone reached a consensus on maximizing the advantages of Qianchuan's mechanized and large-scale production, clarifying work ideas, standardizing and improving management systems, and enhancing leadership's innovative management awareness, further improving the base's production capacity, striving to resolve existing unfavorable factors, and laying a solid foundation for the healthy and steady development of the enterprise in Hubei.
  Chairman Luo Zhengren gave important instructions on management work, requiring everyone to further strengthen standardized management on the existing basis, ensure that production employees can work happily, and strive to practice the enterprise development concept of "making doors for a living, taking pride in making doors, and enjoying making doors." He required managers at all levels to continuously improve their abilities, be able to help employees solve problems timely and accurately, stand up for them, and bring them hope, enthusiasm, and positivity for work.
  General Manager Luo Baitao required everyone to form a strong sense of management and service. He emphasized, "Management must form an ideology, and communication is the premise of management; management must be democratized." "Communication is success," he quoted a saying from the president of General Motors to best explain effective communication management.
  The Brand Operations Center conducted an in-depth analysis from the perspective of corporate culture, emphasizing the impact of cultural atmosphere on employees' lives. The 27-year development history of Qianchuan Wooden Doors and the traditional Chinese carpenter apprenticeship culture will have a profound impact on employees' spiritual level, and the enterprise's development requires such a cultural atmosphere.
