Zhang Guihua, Secretary of the Hubei Provincial Youth League Committee, inspects the Central China base of Qianchuan Wood Industry Group

　　On the morning of July 24, Zhang Guihua, Secretary of the Hubei Provincial Youth League Committee, accompanied by Luo Mingzheng, Secretary of the Huanggang City Youth League Committee, and Wang Kaiwei, Secretary of the Hong'an County Youth League Committee, visited the Central China base of Qianchuan Wood Industry Group to conduct an in-depth and detailed investigation on the youth work at the base and further discuss related youth work matters of Qianchuan Wood Industry Group.

　　Secretary Zhang and his delegation, accompanied by Luo Baitao, General Manager of Qianchuan Wood Industry Group, and Chen Huilin, Director of the Human Resources and Administration Department, successively visited the company's staff dormitories, factory area, office area, multifunctional cafeteria, and other places. After gaining a comprehensive understanding of the work and living conditions of Qianchuan employees, they expressed appreciation for the work and living facilities at the Central China base of Qianchuan Wood Industry Group.

　　Secretary Zhang stated that through the inspection, it was found that Qianchuan Wood Industry Group has advantages in corporate culture, especially in employees' extracurricular life, which is done very well. As a large manufacturing enterprise, being able to focus on employees' extracurricular life while engaging in high-intensity production activities, solving employees' worries, and allowing employees to have a rich and colorful life where work is also life, is highly commendable.

　　At the summary meeting, Secretary Zhang gave a detailed introduction about the future role of the Youth League Committee, hoping that Qianchuan Wood Industry Group would establish a Youth League Committee as soon as possible. He hoped that Qianchuan could use the Youth League Committee to drive management, strengthen ideological and political work among young members, adhere to correct education and guidance for youth, and play a positive and beneficial role in the growth of young people.
