Qianchuan Wooden Doors Launches 2013 Reserve Talent Selection Activity

  In order to discover outstanding talents, build a strong management team, and establish a good career advancement channel for employees to showcase their talents, the Qianchuan Wood Industry Group 2013 Reserve Talent Selection Meeting was grandly held at 2 p.m. on August 9, 2013, in the conference room on the 5th floor of the office building. Eleven employees from various departments and the production front line participated in the professional selection process and knowledge and skills assessment. As part of the reserve talent selection activity, the meeting included contestants' speeches on stage, judges' questions, interaction between contestants and judges, and on-site scoring.
  The judging panel for this selection invited eight leaders: Chen Huilin, Director of Human Resources and Administration; Zhou Xingqi, Director of Brand Operations; Wu Ping, Director of Customer Service; Liao Jun, Sales Department Manager; Ren Baizhou, Director of Manufacturing Center; Yang Li, Finance Department Manager; Fu Liangmin, Quality Department Manager; and Wu Anhu, Manager of the Biological Control Department. They conducted comprehensive assessments of the contestants' stage speeches, personal image, professional knowledge and skills, responses to questions, and on-the-spot adaptability, and scored them on site.

Each contestant demonstrated their skills on stage, providing a comprehensive explanation of their reasons for participating and self-assessment, holding great hope for Qianchuan's promising future development, and eagerly wanting to weather storms and create the future together with Qianchuan. The judges also used various strategies to gain in-depth understanding of the contestants.
  This reserve talent selection activity was conducted according to the principles of fairness, justice, openness, and reasonableness, selecting young people with both virtue and talent as reserve talents, providing young people with a good opportunity for job training.
  The selection results and the 2013 reserve talent promotion list will be announced this week.
