Strive to Be Excellent, Courageously Create Brilliance — Qianchuan Wooden Doors Launches 2013 Excellence Evaluation Activity
To enhance corporate strength, strengthen corporate culture construction, select advanced individuals and encourage the lagging, create a positive working environment and corporate culture atmosphere, and cultivate a sense of collective honor and mission among all employees, on the afternoon of August 23, Qianchuan Wooden Doors specially held the 2013 first half-year outstanding advanced individual, team, and group selection conference. A total of 51 employees from various departments and the production front line, along with 7 nominated teams and groups, passionately presented their outstanding examples on stage.

This event adhered to the principles of fairness and justice, forming a large panel of judges. The event invited 8 professional judges including HR and Administration Director Chen Huilin, Brand Operations Director Zhou Xingqi, Customer Service Director Wu Ping, Sales Manager Liao Jun, Manufacturing Center Director Ren Baizhou, Finance Manager Yang Li, Quality Manager Fu Liangmin, and Production Material Control Manager Wu Anhu, along with 6 department representatives as public judges, fully ensuring the openness and transparency of the selection process.
This event organized employees through their department heads to nominate candidates based on evaluation criteria or through self-recommendation, filling out recommendation and self-nomination forms and evaluation opinions, with final comprehensive review by the HR and Administration Center. The individuals and teams presenting on stage are employees who have performed excellently and responsibly in the company. They work diligently and selflessly in various positions, creating a bright future for Qianchuan with good professional ethics and dedication.
The format of "on-stage presentation and judges' selection" aims to maximize employee enthusiasm and provide a platform for self-expression. For front-line production employees, this is a challenge to themselves; they sweat and dedicate their youth at their posts but are not good at expressing themselves. This format helps more people understand their hardships and inner feelings, while moving the audience with their sincere hearts.
As cleaning staff member Jiang Zhiqiong said, "Bowing my head, willing to be a hardworking ox for the children," many Qianchuan employees silently dedicate themselves. She conscientiously cleans every inch of Qianchuan, ensuring everyone's hygiene and safety. Wu Anfa from the Warehouse Department, a veteran of Qianchuan with 20 years of dedication, was recommended by leaders for always considering others and working tirelessly. On stage, he expressed even greater love for future work and stated he wanted to give this evaluation opportunity to the younger generation to encourage more new employees. Sales Regional Manager Li Li showed his work attitude by going to the workshop during the evaluation process to handle matters, saying, "As a salesperson, I always put the customer's interests first." Customer Service Center representative Xu Dongmei said customer service will continue to focus on the service philosophy of "no best, only better," establishing a strong service system and building an efficient and pragmatic excellent team...
Everyone expressed that they have improved their abilities at Qianchuan, played important roles in their teams, and realized their own value.
In this season of harvest, the candidates expressed their gains at Qianchuan; through this selection event, leaders also received the most sincere voices from employees: "Think more about ways to succeed, not excuses for failure," "Do not let mistakes happen on my watch, do not let work be delayed by me," "Learning is endless," "I am proud and honored to be a Qianchuan person"...
