Qianchuan Wooden Doors Held the 2013 Annual Outstanding Commendation Conference

　　On the afternoon of September 27, 2013, the factory area of Chengdu Qianchuan Wood Industry Co., Ltd. was bustling with people and filled with joy. The commendation conference for outstanding teams, groups, and employees in the first half of 2013, themed "Surpass Yourself, Create Glory Together," hosted by the Human Resources and Administration Center and co-organized by the Brand Operations Center, was officially launched.

　　All employees at the company headquarters attended the award ceremony. Leaders from various departments at the headquarters and workshop supervisors were present at the conference to read out the award citations and present certificates of honor to the winning employees, groups, and teams.

It is reported that a total of 51 employees from various departments and frontline production staff, along with 7 outstanding groups and teams, passed the review and successfully entered the candidate list. After discussions by a professional jury and on-site assessments, 22 outstanding employees, 2 outstanding groups, and 2 outstanding teams were finally selected.

　　Amid the stirring and passionate music, the award presenters announced the winners of various awards in this selection event one by one. Accompanied by rounds of enthusiastic applause, the award-winning employees went on stage in turn to receive certificates and prizes symbolizing honor from the leaders. The faces of those on stage were all beaming with happy smiles. This was not only an honor but also a strong proof of realizing self-value. Whether from frontline production employees or from various administrative departments, they all contributed their efforts to Qianchuan.

Meanwhile, the Best Logistics Support Award, Best Business Support Award, and Safety and Fire Protection Model Award enable the backstage logistics personnel to fully recognize their value, making great support and contributions to normal production, brand image building, and marketing work. Moreover, to encourage new employees and improve work enthusiasm, the Best Growth Award was specially established to help new employees integrate into the Qianchuan family faster and better. The Sales Elite Award is a great encouragement for sales staff who work hard on the front line to promote products and maintain Qianchuan's good image. Management is an art, so a Best Innovative Management Award was specially set up. The winner, Yan Liangping, project manager of the Customer Service Center, is known for an unconventional management style humorously described as "compassionate management, ruthless rules, and decisive handling." The Outstanding Group Award was given to the Painting Workshop C Undercoat Group 2 and the Mortise and Tenon Workshop Mortise and Tenon Planing Group, while the Best Team Award went to the united, professional, serious, and responsible Marketing Center Business Department and Customer Service Center After-sales Service Department.
