Clear Self-Understanding, Looking to the Future — Qianchuan Wooden Doors Conducts 2013 Career Planning Survey

  In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the living conditions of company employees and to provide key employees with a good career development platform while continuously improving the company's management system, the Human Resources and Administration Center of Qianchuan Wood Industry Group organized a "Career Planning Questionnaire Survey" targeting the company's middle and senior management cadres. Leaders from various departments of Qianchuan Wooden Doors, workshop supervisors, and sales personnel were invited to participate in this survey activity.

  Reporters learned from participants that the content of this questionnaire mainly involves detailed issues related to management and work, with strict and detailed questions covering both work and life. The main focus is to investigate satisfaction with the company's management system, compensation and benefits, living and working environments, and how to be a good manager. They stated that through such a survey, the company can better understand everyone's work status and true inner thoughts. Chen Huilin, Director of the Human Resources and Administration Center, informed reporters that the questionnaire mainly includes six aspects: employee basic information survey, company management satisfaction survey, work background satisfaction survey, career planning survey, work reward satisfaction survey, and workgroup satisfaction survey. The work background includes work environment, working conditions, and work atmosphere. The workgroup satisfaction survey covers employee mentality, group mentality, internal communication and coordination, stress, and management skills.
  General Manager Chen stated that preparations for this activity began as early as early July 2013. "We have undertaken a series of tasks, such as upgrading office facilities, canteen renovations, dormitory improvements, as well as the continuous promotion of reserve talent selection and excellence evaluation activities. The purpose is to improve employees' working and living conditions, beautify the living environment, improve the company's management system, and enhance quality of life. This allows all Qianchuan employees, from frontline production workers to the chairman, to further recognize the contribution of human capital appreciation to the company's potential." The purpose of this questionnaire survey is first to help key employees better understand their career planning and development direction; second, to understand employees' work status, mindset, economic situation, and current company shortcomings; and finally, the ultimate goal is to provide key employees with a good development platform, offer opportunities for learning and growth, and improve work and life quality.
  In the later stage, Qianchuan Wooden Doors will conduct detailed statistics and analysis of the questionnaire content, extract effective information, and formulate medium- and long-term human resource strategic plans. By continuously establishing and improving sound employment systems, enhancing reward and learning mechanisms, the company will promote better management and development. This will lay a solid foundation for Qianchuan in 2014 to align with the company's development strategy under the broader market environment, formulate advanced human capital strategic plans, achieve orderly and efficient development goals, and provide high-quality products and services to the vast number of Qianchuan customers.
