Human Resources and Administration Director Chen Huilin stated that after the establishment of the Standardization Office, the first key task is to assist the manufacturing system in establishing the concept that the manufacturing system process is paramount, focusing on promoting process reengineering, solidifying production operation standards and processes, and pushing production operation management onto a new platform or achieving new breakthroughs, laying a solid foundation for achieving next year's goals; the second step will gradually revise and improve various management systems and other business processes, draft and solidify operation manuals for each department and job type, clarify the functions, work authority, responsibilities, and obligations of functional departments at all levels, so that work behaviors at each position have systems and standards to follow, and personnel at all levels strictly manage and work according to functional responsibilities under hierarchical management principles, achieving management decentralization; the third step will establish a strong supervision system while continuously improving the management system to safeguard standardized management.
