Start a New Life with Qianchuan, Ignite New Career Dreams — Fu Yan, Assistant to the Business Department Supervisor at Qianchuan Wooden Doors
Every morning, looking at my sleeping son, a sense of motivation and passion grows in my heart, or more accurately, a sense of responsibility. Opening the door and stepping out, I must do every task well, balancing both family and work.
On one side is her son, just over one year old, who needs care; on the other side is the heavy responsibility newly taken on. Faced with these, the young Fu Yan chooses to face the difficulties head-on, confronting this situation directly, or rather, making a powerful career transition in her life. Whether this change is good or bad depends on her own correct grasp and effort. From her radiant face, the reporter saw the strength of accumulated effort ready to burst forth, conveying her determination to give it her all. Just like her latest updated mood on social media: "Friends, let's work hard; it's time to sprint." She uses this sprint to strengthen her belief and confidence.

Assistant Supervisor of the Business Department Fu Yan
Indeed, in today's society, many women, after becoming wives and mothers, are often bound by family and children. Fu Yan chooses to continue fighting in the workplace, creating different value. Since joining Qianchuan in 2009, she has worked hard for four years. Four years of consistent dedication have opened a new path for her career. Especially this year, all her efforts have been well rewarded: in April, she won the Qianchuan Skylark Award; in the 2013 reserve talent selection, she was successfully selected as a reserve cadre; in September, she was promoted and appointed as Assistant Supervisor of the Business Department. Also, in Qianchuan Wood Doors' 2013 first half-year evaluation, she won the Best Business Support Award.
From the award citation, we see her work performance and achievements this year, as well as her meticulous care: "In charge of final review of nationwide exclusive store orders, she effectively audits orders, promptly identifies order issues, and notifies business specialists to correct them, improving work efficiency and reducing order error rates. In the first half of 2013, she reviewed 11,123 orders and found 848 problematic orders."
Being able to spot those small problems relies on accumulated experience and strong professional knowledge of wood doors. Fu Yan told the reporter that knowledge must be solidly mastered. When she first started at Qianchuan, it was tough, but the key was to learn and improve. "I remember when I was a after-sales specialist, I didn't understand much about the wood door industry, but I had to constantly answer urgent after-sales calls. I would write down what customers said and ask colleagues one by one; with their help, after a while, I mastered rich professional knowledge about wood doors and applied it to my work. This helped me adapt to my later role as a business specialist in the Business Department." Holding a learning, serious, and responsible attitude, she progressed from after-sales to the Business Department, and within half a year there, she reached the position of final order reviewer. The final order review requires auditing orders from exclusive stores nationwide, so the requirements are strict. The reviewer must be familiar with product knowledge, have solid expertise, be meticulous, diligent, eager to learn, and able to quickly identify, report, and resolve issues.
From October 2010 to September 2013, she was responsible for the final review of nationwide channel orders. Once, she received a large order labeled as Ash veneer, but the store mistakenly recorded it as Casnan veneer, and neither the store nor the business specialist caught the error during the process. At the last moment, Fu Yan discovered and corrected the mistake, successfully saving tens of thousands in losses. This incident made her realize the importance of her responsibility. She admitted, "I used to be careless and often ignored details, but the company's rigorous work style and good environment gradually made me more attentive. I began strictly reviewing every order and would never allow the same mistake to happen under my watch. This attention to detail greatly improved me."
At the same time, she deeply understands that joining Qianchuan means developing together with the company, sharing the same destiny, and having a common service purpose: to provide consumers with high-quality products and services. For them, the best way to repay the company's cultivation is to increase sales and improve performance.
She told the reporter, "A business specialist is a bridge between dealers and the company. They need to communicate frequently with dealers to gain their full trust in you and the company; business specialists work with sales managers to guide exclusive stores patiently, helping dealers place orders and sell. For example, when a store opens and needs materials, the sales manager and business specialist must work together to complete the preparation and transportation." This is also what she expects her colleagues working as business specialists at Qianchuan to do well. Looking back on the past four years, Fu Yan has many feelings: "I started as an ordinary clerk who knew nothing, gradually experienced roles as after-sales specialist, business specialist, and assistant supervisor of the Business Department; each role change was an opportunity to learn, grow, and connect the past and future."
Since joining Qianchuan, she says she has been deeply influenced and nurtured by the company culture. From a few people at the start, to dozens, hundreds, and now a large scale, as someone still striving, this encourages her to work hard for higher ideals. She said, "For a long time, I have learned a lot from the company's outstanding individuals and teams, such as integrity, enthusiasm, rigor, and innovation. Whether in life or work, they have many qualities I can learn from and emulate." She especially emphasized the help given by Zhang Fan, former Business Department supervisor and head of the Standardization Office: "She made everyone in our department confident and diligent, positively influencing the team. My personal gains and growth are inseparable from the team's support. Teamwork and joint effort are the keys to success."
Therefore, being proactive, striving forward, and taking responsibility have become her new labels and driving forces. Regarding her work as Assistant Supervisor of the Business Department, she shines on this stage with a grateful heart: "The road ahead will be longer and challenges greater, but I will always remember this awareness, continue learning from experienced predecessors in the new role, and constantly test and improve my professional qualities in practice; unite and integrate with the team, communicate effectively, promptly identify and solve problems, and fully play the role of a qualified Assistant Supervisor of the Business Department." She understands that future work will be busier, challenges and pressure greater, and she will have less time with family and children, but she says she will strive to balance and manage both work and family well.
Likewise, she is full of expectations for the future, for Qianchuan, and for herself. Facing challenges head-on, living true to herself. In her heart, employees are the foundation of the enterprise; Qianchuan's growth and her own career development are closely linked. "Qianchuan provides me with a platform to learn, opportunities to improve, and recognizes my efforts, planning a bigger stage for me. The company's management's ability to recognize and utilize talent gives many ordinary employees like me chances to develop and improve. It is these dedicated Qianchuan people who have built the company's current scale and laid a solid foundation for creating a more brilliant future."
