Qianchuan Wooden Doors Annual New Employee Orientation Shines Brightly
On November 16th, with the slowly rising sun and the familiar whistle sound, the two-day new employee training at Qianchuan Wooden Doors kicked off with military training. It is reported that this is the first batch of trainees after the reform of training content and format at Qianchuan Wooden Doors. Compared with previous new employee training, this course is more comprehensive, richer in content, and more practical and targeted.
Before the military training began, Chen Huilin, Director of Human Resources and Administration, explained the main course structure of this training, emphasized the significance of the training, laid a good foundation for everyone to work, study, and live better at Qianchuan in the future, and encouraged participants to actively engage and enjoy learning.

Under the warm sunshine and the guidance of the instructor, everyone practiced each move very seriously. Through a morning of military training, it is hoped to cultivate new employees' good style of obeying orders and striving to contribute; establish the work philosophy of bravely taking responsibility and being dedicated; further enhance new employees' national defense awareness, overall awareness, and team cohesion. This helps them smoothly complete the transition of roles and environments and integrate faster into the company's development and progress.

At the same time, the course content is quite rich, including training on company-related rules and regulations, corporate culture, and basic knowledge of wooden doors, as well as basic knowledge on behavior norms and etiquette, level-three safety, work attitude, financial reimbursement system, and on-site management. The purpose is not only to enable new employees to quickly understand the enterprise but also to help everyone quickly integrate into the company's good atmosphere, smoothly carry out work, and feel the warmth and encouragement brought by Qianchuan.
Moreover, this time the traditional form of instructors lecturing and trainees listening was eliminated, and an innovative training method was chosen. Trainees were divided into groups, each group selected a leader through discussion, and unified their team name, slogan, and logo. During the training, groups competed with each other, and finally, outstanding graduates were selected based on each group's evaluation scores and performance.

As the main lecturer of this training, Teacher Tao Qiuping said after the training, "Although this training was tiring, the effect was very good. Everyone was proactive, and the classroom atmosphere was great."
