Qianchuan Wooden Doors Holds Graduation Ceremony and Apprenticeship Ceremony for New Employees
After a comprehensive 1.5-day training and rigorous exams and assessments, all new employees at Qianchuan Wooden Doors successfully graduated. On December 3rd, Qianchuan Wooden Doors held a graduation ceremony and apprenticeship initiation for the new employees. Leaders from various departments attended the ceremony. Twenty-one new employees received their graduation certificates amid the blessings from company leaders and mentors.

At the beginning of the ceremony, the host first led everyone to review the exciting moments and highlights of the military training and classroom sessions for new employees on November 16th and 17th. Meanwhile, team members took turns coming on stage, holding team flags and shouting slogans, reliving the passion forged among teammates during the training. Everyone present was inspired by their spirit, standing up together to recite the Qianchuan Wooden Doors corporate philosophy, deeply appreciating the profound meaning of each sentence once again.
Through the preliminary training and subsequent assessments, outstanding graduates of this new employee training were selected. Miao Hui from the Engineering Department, Xu Tingmei from the Dispatch Section, Li Ling from the Door Frame Workshop, and Yang Deng from the Sales Department earned the title of outstanding graduates due to their serious learning attitude and excellent performance. Leaders from various departments also presented graduation certificates to other graduates.
The final apprenticeship initiation ceremony brought the graduation event to a climax. Leaders and employees from various departments who guided the new employees participated as mentors. Chen Huilin, Director of Human Resources and Administration, and Zhou Xingqi, Director of Brand Operations, witnessed this grand apprenticeship process. The host first shared stories about Lu Ban’s craftsmanship learning and Confucius’s apprenticeship, conveying the importance of learning from a master. As the saying goes, "Those who gave birth to me are my parents; those who teach me are my masters."
