Qianchuan Wooden Doors Established a Union

　　Recently, after research and decision by the General Trade Union of Wenjiang District, Chengdu City, the establishment of the Qianchuan Wooden Door Trade Union Committee was approved.

　　The new Trade Union Committee consists of five comrades including Chen Huilin, Director of the Personnel Administration Center, and Ren Baizhou, Deputy Director of the Manufacturing Center. Chen Huilin serves as chairman, and Ren Baizhou as vice chairman; at the same time, the personnel for the Trade Union Fund Review Committee and the Trade Union Female Workers Committee members were also determined.

　　The enterprise trade union is known as the "home of employees." The trade union plays an important role in the development and growth of the enterprise. Its basic responsibilities are to focus on the enterprise's production and operation, lawfully safeguard employees' legitimate rights and interests, coordinate labor relations within the enterprise, promote the construction of a harmonious enterprise, and facilitate the healthy development of the enterprise.
