On December 11, Qianchuan Wooden Doors held a signing ceremony for the establishment of an internship base between the School of Economics and Management of Southwest University of Science and Technology and Qianchuan Wood Industry Group. From then on, Qianchuan Wooden Doors officially became a practical education base for Southwest University of Science and Technology. The university's faculty can conduct in-depth inspections and research at Qianchuan Wooden Doors as case studies and materials for school education; meanwhile, Qianchuan Wooden Doors will provide teaching internships and graduation internships opportunities and offer training and education.

The general manager of Qianchuan Wood Industry Group, Luo Baitao (also an alumnus of Southwest University of Science and Technology), Director of the Human Resources and Administration Center Chen Huilin, Director of the Customer Service Center Wu Ping, Director of the Brand Operation Center Zhou Xingqi, Deputy Director of the Manufacturing Center Ren Baizhou, and Liao Jun, a marketing center sales manager graduated from Southwest University of Science and Technology’s Marketing major, along with his junior schoolmates, witnessed the important moment and the entire signing process.

General Manager Luo encouraged Southwest University of Science and Technology to continuously surpass and innovate, cultivating more outstanding students. Professor Qin said that her observations during this visit and previous understanding of Qianchuan strengthened her determination to choose Qianchuan as a practice base for students. She said, "The Qianchuan team is young and dynamic, and its development will get better and better." Professor Huang was also pleasantly surprised by the achievements of her students at Qianchuan and in their careers. She mentioned that she once supervised a student’s thesis on the development of the Qianchuan brand and believes that the establishment of the internship base will further promote the connection and cooperation between the school and the enterprise. Finally, Secretary Chen made a small request to General Manager Luo Baitao, who is pursuing an EMBA at Sichuan University, hoping that he could return to his alma mater as a part-time teacher in the future to share his management experience and knowledge gained at Qianchuan with junior students, helping them learn more practical knowledge.
According to the agreement between both parties, Southwest University of Science and Technology will regularly send interns to Qianchuan Wooden Doors and can organize student visits, learning, and other activities at any time.
