Joyful Lantern Festival in the Year of the Horse — Qianchuan Wooden Doors Holds the 2013 Annual Advanced Commendation Conference

　　On February 13th, the Qianchuan Wood Industry Group's Chengdu production base was decorated with lanterns and filled with laughter. Everyone, accompanied by the joy of the Lantern Festival, welcomed the 2013 Qianchuan Wooden Door Advanced Commendation Conference. The conference recognized a group of advanced individuals, excellent teams, and outstanding groups that emerged in 2013. Leaders of the group company, logistics staff, workshop production workers, and their families witnessed the entire award ceremony together.

　　At 5 p.m., with the passionate opening speech by the host, the award ceremony officially began. The conference first presented the Qianchuan Skylark and Qianchuan Quality Star awards from August to December. Then, leaders from various departments read out the award citations and presented certificates of honor to the advanced individuals, teams, and groups of 2013. The employees who went on stage to receive awards all wore happy smiles, which was the company's best blessing and gift for the new year, while also encouraging more employees to learn from the advanced and pay tribute to excellence.

　　2013 was an important year in Qianchuan's development history. Although severely affected by the earthquake, the resilient and tenacious Qianchuan people dared to face difficulties and actively advanced. They proved their honorable mission and sense of responsibility through practical actions, jointly composing a magnificent chapter of Qianchuan's progress.

　　The good results Qianchuan achieved in 2013 are inseparable from this group of outstanding Qianchuan people. To comprehensively enhance the company's strength, set examples, motivate employees, fully explore talents, select advanced individuals, and urge the lagging, the Human Resources and Administration Center launched the 2013 annual excellence evaluation at the end of the year, mobilizing all departments to recommend excellence, encouraging employees to strive for excellence, and actively self-nominate.

　　It is reported that after employee self-nominations, leadership recommendations, employee speeches on stage, and comprehensive assessments and discussions by department leaders, a total of 38 employees received advanced individual awards. Additionally, 5 excellent teams, 2 outstanding groups, and 5 Five-Good Family awards were selected. Notably, this award event specially established the "Loyalty Award" to honor veteran employees who have worked diligently at Qianchuan for more than ten years, encouraging more people to learn from them. Loyalty is both a spirit and an honor.

　　Finally, the Chairman of Qianchuan Wood Industry warmly congratulated the advanced individuals and teams of 2013 and also put forward new requirements for all employees, encouraging everyone to learn from excellence and improve themselves.
