Qianchuan Wooden Doors awarded the "Grade A Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprise in Wenjiang District, Chengdu" honorary title

  Recently, the first Chengdu Wenjiang District Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprise Selection and Award Ceremony was grandly held at the New Citizens Center of Tianfu Subdistrict Office. Wu Jiayu, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Wenjiang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; Wang Jiaquan, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Wenjiang District Federation of Industry and Commerce; Wu Haiqing, Director of Tianfu Subdistrict Office; Zhou Yong, President of Wenjiang District CEO Institute, and others attended the meeting. Wan Ying, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the District Federation of Trade Unions, presided over the meeting. Representatives from more than 100 enterprises in Wenjiang Strait Industrial Park participated in the award ceremony. Qianchuan Wooden Doors was awarded the title of "Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprise A-Level" at the ceremony.

  First, President Zhou reported on the selection activity to all attendees. Then, Chairman Wang Jiaquan read out the list of enterprises awarded the title of Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprise in Wenjiang District and presented the medals. After the award ceremony, Wu Jiayu, Director of the Wenjiang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, gave a concluding speech on the selection and award ceremony. Director Wu emphasized: Currently, China's demographic dividend is gradually disappearing. On one hand, enterprises face difficulties in recruiting and a large labor gap; on the other hand, many people find it hard to get jobs. This contradiction requires attention from enterprises. We need to cultivate and retain talent, so that employees feel a sense of belonging, which can reduce staff turnover and achieve stable enterprise development.
  Harmonious labor relations refer to the harmonious relationship between the subject and object in the labor process, including relationships between people, and between people and objects (natural environment, labor conditions, etc.). In short, it means properly managing the relationship between enterprises and employees, embedding the principle of "people-oriented" throughout the work. Caring for employees' physical and mental health, development, and improving corporate culture has always been a focus of Qianchuan's work. While vigorously developing products and expanding markets, we also pay great attention to team building: a clean and tidy office environment, convenient and practical living conditions, a sound labor protection system, and rich employee recreational activities.
