Qianchuan female employees actively participate in the Haike community's "March 8th" Women's Development Activities
On the afternoon of March 6th, on the eve of International Women's Day, to fully showcase the spirit of self-respect, self-confidence, independence, and self-improvement among female employees, and to enrich the cultural life of women, the Women's Federation of Tianfu Street held a Women's Team Expansion Activity in Haike Community to celebrate International Women's Day at the Jin Qiang Sports Hotel basketball court. Qianchuan Wooden Doors brought more than 20 young and energetic female employees to fully participate in this event.

Qianchuan Team
The event gathered more than 150 female representatives from various enterprises within the Haixia Science and Technology Park. Senior trainers from the Sichuan Provincial Party School, known as "devils," brought a lively, vivid, and highly educational and commemorative experiential training session for the sisters present. Through an afternoon of training, familiar concepts such as "team spirit," "communication and coordination," and "responsibility" were enriched with deeper meaning. The training brought a strong impact to everyone's hearts and triggered profound inner reflection.
Under the coach's guidance, all participants were randomly divided into five teams: "Wild Wolf Team," "Bear Eagle Team," "Surpass Team," "Dream Team," and "Flying Eagle Team," forming new teams with new partners among many strangers. Each team expressed their understanding and perception of "team," setting their own team names, team styles, slogans, and team songs. Slogans like "Surpass dreams, always strive to be first," "Work hard, let dreams fly," and "There are no perfect individuals, only perfect teams" echoed throughout the large training ground.
Through team building, crossing rope hoops, flipping playing cards, and other expansion training projects, everyone enhanced their awareness of proactive communication and learned effective team communication skills; each participant re-examined themselves and enhanced creative thinking abilities; interpersonal recognition and understanding were improved, increasing team trust and tolerance; team spirit was forged, team cohesion strengthened, and the belief in winning together was established. These are exactly the qualities everyone needs most in their work. The Qianchuan sisters who participated deeply felt the essence of "responsibility, cooperation, and confidence," as well as the responsibilities they must bear as team members.
Just like the slogans on the training ground, the Qianchuan sisters, through this expansion training, will face the challenges of work and life with a better attitude: "Confidence, self-love, self-improvement, be healthy and confident beautiful women; unity, diligence, cooperation, be dedicated and intellectual charming women."
